العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية وعلاقتها بدافعية الإنجاز لدى عينة من المرشدين التربويين بمحافظة الخليل

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية ودافعية الإنجاز لدى عينة من المرشدين التربويين بمحافظة الخليل، كما هدفت للتعرف إلى أكثر العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية شيوعاً ومعرفة مستوى دافعية الإنجاز لديهم، وذلك في ضوء متغيرات الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، والحالة الاجتماعية والمديرية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام مقياس العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية ومقياس دافعية الإنجاز. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (142) مرشداً ومرشدةً من المرشدين التربويين بمحافظة الخليل تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة الطبقية. أظهرت النتائج أن أكثر عوامل الشخصية شيوعاً هو الانبساطية وأقلها شيوعاً العصابية، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق في كل من عاملي (الانبساطية، والانفتاح على الخبرة) تبعاً لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث، ووجود فروق في عامل المقبولية وكانت لصالح الذكور. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق في عامل الانفتاح على الخبرة لصالح حملة شهادة الماجستير، ووجود فروق في عوامل (العصابية، والمقبولية، ويقظة الضمير) لصالح مديرية يطا. أما بالنسبة لمستوى دافعية الإنجاز فقد توصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق في مستوى دافعية الإنجاز تبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح الذين سنوات خبرتهم من (5-10) سنوات، ووجود فروق في دافعية الإنجاز تبعاً لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية ولصالح المتزوجين، ووجود فروق في مستوى دافعية الإنجاز تبعاً لمتغير المديرية ولصالح مديرية يطا. وأخيراً، بينت النتائج وجود علاقة ايجابية دالة إحصائياً بين عوامل الانبساطية والعصابية ويقظة الضمير والمقبولية ودافعية الإنجاز، ووجود علاقة سلبية بين عامل الانفتاح على الخبرة ودافعية الإنجاز. الكلمات المفتاحية: العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية، دافعية الإنجاز، المرشدين التربويين. Abstract

The aim of the study is to identify the relationships between five major factors of personality and motivation of achievement among a sample of educational counselors in Hebron governorate. It also aims to identify the five most common important factors of personality and knowing the level of achievement of motivation in the light of gender variables, years of experience, marital status and Directorate . To achieve the objectives of the study were used the measure of the five major factors of personality and the measure of motivation of achievement. The study sample consisted of (142) educational counselors in Hebron governorate who were selected in stratified random sample way. The results showed that the most common personality factors were the Extraversion and the least common one is the Neuroticism. The study also found differences in both the Extraversion and openness to experience according to the gender variable with favor to the females and Differences in the Agreeableness factor with favor to males. The results indicated that there were differences in the factor of openness to experience for the holders of the Master's degree, and the existence of differences in factors (Neuroticism, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness) for the benefit of the Directorate of Yatta. As for the level of achievement of motivation, the results showed differences in the level of achievement of motivation according to the variable years of experience in favor to those who have years of experience between (5-10 years), and differences in achievement of motivation according to the marital status variable with favor to the married people. And differences according to the Hebron Directorates with favor to the Directorate of Yatta. Finally, the results showed a statistically significant positive relationship between the Neuroticism, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Conscientiousness factors with achievement of motivation, and a negative relationship between the Openness to experience factor and the motivation of achievement.
