Abstract

ملخص الرسالة جاءت هذه الرسالة بعنوان: أول ما نزل وآخر ما نزل في موضوعات القرآن الكريم, نماذج تحليلية, وفوائد تشريعية وتربوية. وقد اخترت أربعة موضوعات لتكون مجالاً للبحث, وهي: الخمر, والربا, والقتال, والطلاق. وتأتي أهمية هذه الرسالة في معرفة أول ما نزل وآخر ما نزل في الموضوعات المختارة, وذلك بترتيب آيات الموضوع الواحد ترتيباً تاريخياً للنزول, ومن ثم الوقوف على مراحل نزول كل موضوع, مما يفضي لِمعرفة الحِكم التشريعية والتربوية من تنجيم آيات الموضوع الواحد, ومن ثمار ذلك الوقوف على مراحل تحريم الخمر, والربا, ومراحل وجوب القتال. كما أن هذا الجمع لآيات الموضوع الواحد, وترتيبه ترتيباً زمنياً من شانه أن يوصل المفسر إلى تفسير أمثل لآيات القرآن الكريم, وهو تفسير القرآن بالقرآن, وذلك أحسن طرق التفسير. وقد سلكت في هذه الرسالة المنهج الوصفي, والتاريخي, والاستقرائي, والاستنتاجي. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصّلتْ إليها الرسالة هو أن تتبع مراحل التنزيل للموضوعات أمر هام للغاية؛ وذلك للوقوف على المراحل التشريعية والتربوية التي سلكها القرآن الكريم في تربية الأمة الإسلامية في أول عصورها, والاستفادة من ذلك في حياتنا المعصرة.

Summary of the Thesis This thesis is entitled (The first and the last verses sent down in the topics of the Holy Quran; analytical models, legislative and educational benefits). I chose four topics to be a field of research which is wine, usury, fighting and divorce. The importance of this thesis is to know the first and the last verses that came down in the selected topics. By putting the verses of the one topic in a historical arrangement according to the descent. And then standsing on the stages of descent of each topic which leads to knowledge of legislative and educational wisdom from the separation (graduation) of the verses of one subject. This is fruitful as we can stand on the stages of prohibition of wine, usury and the stages of obligation of fight. This one-topic gathering and arranging in time would lead the interpreter to ideal interpretation of the verses of the Holy Quran. That is the interpretation of the Quran in the Quran, and this is the best method of interpretation. In this thesis, I have followed the descriptive, historical, inductive and deductive approach. One of the most important findings of this thesis, is that tracking the stages of downloading topics is very important. This is to find out the legislative and educational stages that the Holy Quran followed in raising the Islamic Ummah in its early ages, and benefiting from that in our contemporary life.
