المعيقات التي يواجهها المرشدون النفسيون العاملون في مدارس محافظة الخليل وسبل التغلب عليها

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلىلمعيقات التي تواجه المرشديين النفسيين في محافظة الخليل وسبل التغلب عليها حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من(221)مرشد ومرشدة من مدارس محافظة الخليل، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى مايلي: 1. أن المعيقات التي تواجه المرشدين النفسيين في محافظة الخليل تمثلت في بعد (معيقات تتعلق بظروف العمل وبيئته) جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وجاء في المرتبة الثانية بعد (معيقات تتعلق بالتأهيل المهني للمرشد) بدرجة متوسطة، بينما جاء بعد (معيقات تتعلق بشخصية المرشد) في المرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة بدرجة منخفضة، أما على مستوى الدرجة الكلية للمعيقات التي تواجه المرشدين النفسيين في محافظة الخليل فقد جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. 2. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند المستوىα≤ 0.05))في متوسطاتالمعيقات التي تواجه المرشدين النفسيين في محافظة الخليل تبعا لمتغير المديرية، حيث كانت الفروق على الدرجة الكلية وبعد (معيقات تتعلق بظروف العمل وبيئته)، بينما تبين أنه لا توجد فروق على بعدي (معيقات تتعلق بالتأهيل المهني للمرشد،ومعيقات تتعلق بشخصية المرشد). 3. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند المستوىα ≤ 0.05))في متوسطاتالمعيقات التي تواجه المرشدين النفسيين في محافظة الخليل تعزى لمتغير الجنس، سواء على الدرجة الكليةأو باقي الأبعاد الأخرى باستثناء بعد (معيقات تتعلق بشخصية المرشد) حيث تبين وجود فروق على هذا البعد لصالح الذكور. 4. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند المستوىα ≤ 0.05))في متوسطاتالمعيقات التي تواجه المرشدين النفسيين في محافظة الخليل تبعا لمتغير (سنوات الخبرة، أو الدرجة العلمية، أو المرحلة العلمية)، سواء على الدرجة الكليةأو باقي الأبعاد الأخرى. وقد خرج الباحث بتوصية مهمة وهي: الاهتمام بجانب الإرشاد التربوي بدرجة أكبر، وتخصيص مرشد تربوي مستقل في كل مدرسة من مدارس وزارة التربية والتعليم.

Abstract The study aimed at identifying the obstacles that face the psychological mentors in Hebron governorate and the methods to overcome them. The study's sample included 221 mentors(males and females) from Hebron governorate schools, and its results indicated the following: The study results were as follows: 1. The obstacles that face the psychological mentors working in Hebron governorate which are related to the work environment and conditions were the highest, followed by obstacles related to the professional qualification of mentors with a medium degree and then the obstacles related to the mentor's personality with a low degree. The overall degree of the obstacles that face the psychological mentors in Hebron governorate is on medium degree . 2. There were differences with statistical significance at the level (α ≤ 0.05) in the average of obstacles that face the psychological mentors in Hebron governorate according to the directorate variable. These differences were comprehensive and came after the obstacles related to the work environment , while there were no differences in terms of the obstacles related to the professional qualification of the mentors and the mentor's personality. 3. There are no differences with statistical significance at the level (α≤ 0.05) in the average of the obstacles that face the psychological mentors in Hebron governorate attributed to the gender variable, whether at the total degree or the other dimensions, except for the obstacles related to the mentor's personality, where there were some differences in this dimension in favor of males. 4. There are no differences with statistical significance at the level (α ≥ 0.05) in the average of the obstacles that face the psychological mentors in Hebron governorate according to the (years of experience variable,scientific degree,The Educational Leve) whether at the total degree or the other dimensions. The researcher came out to do the task of: To pay attention to educational guidance and to allocate an educational counselor in each of the Ministry of Education schools.
