القيادة الإبداعية وعلاقتها بتعزيز الشراكة بين معلمي الصف التمهيدي والصف الأول في محافظة بيت لحم إعداد الباحثة: صفيناز رسمي العجوري

ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على القيادة الإبداعية وعلاقتها بتعزيز الشراكة بين معلمي الصف التمهيدي والصف الأول في محافظة بيت لحم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مدراء ومشرفي المدارس في المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا ورياض الأطفال في محافظة بيت لحم من الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 2023 – 2024م، والبالغ عددهم (197)، ولجمع البيانات منأفراد عينة الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها حيث طبقت الأداة على (30) مبحوثا، في حين تكونت عينة الدراسة الكلية من (130) مديراً ومشرفاً في المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا ورياض الأطفال. وبعد أن درجة ممارسة مدراء ومشرفي المدارس الأساسية الدنيا ورياض الأطفال للقيادة الابداعية فيمحافظة إجراء التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن درجة القيادة الإبداعية وعلاقتها بتعزيز الشراكة بين معلمي الصف التمهيدي والصف الأول في محافظة بيت لحم جاء بدرجة كبيرة، كما بينت النتائج بيت لحم جاءت كبيرة، وأوضحت النتائج أن دور مدراء ومشرفي المدارس الأساسية الدنيا ورياض الأطفال في تعزيز الشراكة بين معلمي الصف التمهيدي والصف الأول في محافظة بيت لحم جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية موجبة ومتوسطةودالة احصائيا عند المستوى (0.05) بين القيادة الابداعية وتعزيز الشراكة بين معلمي الصف التمهيدي والصف الأول في محافظة بيت لحم، وفيما يتعلق بالمتغيرات الديمغرافية فقد كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند المستوى (0.05)بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند الدرجة الكلية للقيادة الإبداعية وعلاقتها في تعزيز الشراكة بين معلمي الصف التمهيدي والصف الأول في محافظة بيت لحم تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، نوع الإدارة، المسمى الوظيفي)، في حين تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائياعند متغير (المؤهل العلمي) ولصالح الذين مؤهلهم العلمي دبلوم، وعند متغير (سنوات الخبرة) ولصالح الذين سنوات خبرتهم أكثر من 10 سنوات. وأوصت الدراسةبتوجيه مدراء المدارس ورياض الأطفال إلى توظيف القيادة الإبداعية وممارساتها في تعزيز التعاون والشراكة بين المعلمينبشكل عام وبين معلمي الصف التمهيدي والصف الأول على وجه الخصوص، وتعزيز تبني رؤية الحاق رياض الأطفال بالمدارس الأساسية الدنيا والعمل على توفير الدعم المناسب لافتتاح المزيد من رياض الأطفال الحكومية في المدارس، بحيث تتضمن كل مدرسة ابتدائية صفوف تمهيدية ملحقة بها، وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات والبحوث التي تتناول موضوع تعزيز الشراكة بين معلمي الصف الأول والتمهيدي في محافظات أخرى، أو من وجهة نظر أطراف مختلفة مثل المعلمين، أولياء الأمور، الخبراء التربويين من ذوي الاختصاص.

ABSTRACT The aim of the study was to identify creative leadership and its relationship with the strengthening of the partnership between preschool and first-grade teachers in the Bethlehem governorate. To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher used the Affiliated descriptive approach. The school community is composed of all school principals and supervisors at the first grade level and kindergartens in the Bethlehem governorate from the second semester of the school year (2023 - 2024), their number was 197, and to collect data from the study sample members, the researcher used the resolution researcher as a tool for collecting data after verifying their authenticity and consistency, applying the tool to 30 searchers, while the total sample of the study consisted of 130 managers and supervisors at the first grade stage andpreschool. After the degree of creative leadership exercised by the principals and supervisors of the first-grade schools and preschools in the governorate of the statistical analysis of data, the study reached a number of conclusions. The most important of these were the degree of creative leadership and its relationship to the strengthening of the partnership between the preschool and first grade teachers in the Bethlehem governorate. The results showed that Bethlehem was significant. The results showed that the role of the directors and supervisors of the first-grade schools and preschools in strengthening the partnership between the first grades and preschool teachers in the Bethlehem governorate was moderate.The results showed a positive, medium and statistical function at level 0.05 between creative leadership and strengthening the partnership between preschool and first-grade teachers in Bethlehem governorate. With regard to demographic variables, the results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at level 0.05 between averages of the responses of the study sample at the total degree of creative leadership and their relationship to the strengthening of the partnership between the introductory and first-grade teachers in Bethlehem governorate attributed to variables (gender, type of management, job title). Statistically significant differences were found in the variable (scientific qualification), in the interest of those with a diploma, in the variable (years of experience) and in the interest of those with more than 10 years of experience. The study recommended that school principals and kindergartens be directed to employ creative leadership and practices in promoting cooperation and partnership between teachers in general and between preschool and first-grade teachers in particular, promote the adoption of the vision of preschool catch-up in schools and work to provide appropriate support for the opening of more public kindergartens in schools, with each primary school including classes attached to them, and undertake further studies and research on the subject of strengthening the partnership between preschool and first-grade teachers in other governorates, or from the point of view of various parties such as teachers, guardians and specialized educational experts.
