Abstract

مدى ممارسة الرشاقة الاستراتيجية وعلاقتها بالأداء المؤسسي في الغرف التجارية جنوب الضفة الغربية الباحثة:نور عمرو المشرف:د.محمد عمرو 2023-2024 ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة ممارسة الرشاقة الاستراتيجية وعلاقتها بالأداء المؤسسي في الغرف التجارية جنوب الضفة الغربية غرفة تجارة وصناعة الخليل، شمال الخليل، جنوب الخليل، بيت لحم) ولقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة، واستخدمت الباحثة المسح الشامل لمجتمع البحث الذي تكون من أعضاء وموظفي الغرف التجارية المبحوثة، وتم توزيع (106) استبانة وتم استرداد (101) استبانة اي بنسبة 95%وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: ان ممارسة الرشاقة الاستراتيجية جاء بدرجة مرتفعة في الغرف التجارية، وتطبيق أبعادالأداء المؤسسي جاء بدرجة مرتفعة كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الرشاقة الاستراتيجية والأداء المؤسسي.كما كان هناك فروقا بسيطة بين الغرف المبحوثة في مدى ممارسة الرشاقة، فكانت غرفة تجارة وصناعة شمال الخليل وغرفة تجارة وصناعة الخليل بدرجة مرتفعة جدا كما كانت كل من غرفة تجارة وصناعة بيت لحم وغرفة تجارة وصناعة جنوب الخليل بدرجة مرتفعة،وأوصت الباحثة بضرورة تعزيز الحفاظ على مستويات الأداء المرتفعة في نتائجها وذلك من خلال السعي للحصول على شهادات تميز عالمية وتقديم خدمات مميزة تواكب التطورات الإدارية والتجارية العالمية والتجديد المستمر على نوعية الخدمات المقدمة لتحقيق رضا الأعضاء والمحافظة عليه؛ لأنه المستفيد من أهمأسباب وجود المنظمات. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرشاقة الاستراتيجية، الأداء المؤسسي، الغرف التجارية. The Extent ofPracticing Strategic Agility and its Relationship to Institutional Performance in the Southern West Banks's Chambers of Commerce Researcher: Noor Amro Supervisor: Dr. Muhammad Amro Year: 2023-2024 Abstract This research aimed to study The extent of practicing strategic agility and its relationship to institutional performance in chambers of commerce in the southern West Bank The descriptive analytical method was used to achieve the objectives of this research, and the researcher used a comprehensive survey of the research community, which consisted of members and employees of the researched chambers of commerce. The researcher distributed 106questionnaires, and 101 questionnaires were recovered, meaning 95 % The study reached many results, the most important of which is that the practice of strategic agility achieved a high degree in chambers of commerce, and the application of the dimensions of institutional performance achieved a high degree. The study also found that there is a statistically significant relationship between strategic agility and institutional performance.There were also slight differences between the investigated chambers in the extent of fitness practice. The North Hebron Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Hebron Chamber of Commerce had a very high degree, while the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the South Hebron Chamber of Commerce and Industry had a high degree. The researcher recommended the need to enhance and maintain high levels of performance in its results by seeking to obtain international certificates of excellence, providing distinguished services that keep pace with global administrative and commercial developments, and continuous renewal of the quality of services provided to achieve and maintain member satisfaction because it is the beneficiary of the most important reasons for the existence of organizations.
