دور المشرف التربوي في تحسين أداء معلمي اللغة العربية في مديرية تربية الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين

Abstract

دورالمشرفالتربويفيتحسينأداءمعلمياللغةالعربيةفيمديرية تربية الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين إعداد إيمان عبد الحفيظ يونس زغل ملخص الدراسة هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي دورالمشرفالتربويفيتحسينأداءمعلمياللغةالعربيةفيمديرية تربية الخليل، وبيان درجة اقتران دورالمشرفالتربويفيتحسينأداءمعلمياللغةالعربيةتبعاً لمتغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة) . استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وتم استخدام الاستبانةكأداة للبحث تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها بالطرق المناسبة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (562) معلماً ومعلمة، وبلغ عدد أفراد عينة الدراسة (112) معلم ومعلمةمن مديرية تربية الخليل في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2022/2021))وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة. وأظهرت النتائج: أن دورالمشرفالتربويفيتحسينأداءمعلمياللغةالعربيةفيمديرية تربية الخليلمنوجهةنظرالمعلمينعلى الدرجة الكلية جاءتبدرجةمرتفعة، كما تبين أن مجال الزياراتالصفية جاء بدرجة مرتفعة،تلاهاالتقويم،وتلاه المنهجوأساليبوطرقالتدريس، بدرجةمرتفعة، ثم التخطيطللتدريس، وجاء بدرجةمتوسطة، وأخيراً جاء مجالالعلاقاتمعالزملاءوالمجتمعالمحليبدرجةمتوسطة،ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≤)في متوسّطاتتقديراتأفرادعينةالدراسةحول دورالمشرفالتربويفيتحسينأداءمعلمياللغةالعربيةفيمديرية تربيةالخليلمنوجهةنظرالمعلمينتُعزىإلىمتغيرالجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة.وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة توصي الدراسة بما يليأنيساعدالمشرفالتربويالمعلمفيإعدادجدولزمني؛لتنفيذالوحداتالدراسيةللمنهج، وأنيساعدالمشرفالتربويالمعلمفيالتخطيطللنشاطاتالمدرسية، وأنيدربالمشرفالتربويالمعلمعلىوضعخطةإثرائيةللطلابذويالتحصيلالعالي. الكلمات المفتاحية:المشرفالتربوي،المعلمين،اللغةالعربية،تربيةالخليل.

The Role Of The Educational Supervisor In Improving The Performance Of Arabic Language Teachers In Hebron Directorate of Education fromTeachers’ Point of View Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the role of the educational supervisor in improving the performance of Arabic language teachers in the Hebron Education Directorate, and to show the degree of association of the educational supervisor’s role in improving the performance of Arabic language teachers according to the variables (gender, educational qualification, years of experience). The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a research tool whose validity and reliability were verified by appropriate methods. 2022/2021)) and they were selected in a stratified random manner according to the study variables. The results showed: that the role of the educational supervisor in improving the performance of Arabic language teachers in the Hebron Education Directorate from the teachers’ point of view on the total degree came to a high degree, and it was found that the field of classroom visits came at a high degree, followed by the curriculum, methods and teaching methods, at a high degree, then planning for teaching , and came to a medium degree, and finally the field of relations with colleagues and the local community came to a medium degree, and there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05≤) in the average estimates of the study sample members about the role of the educational supervisor in improving the performance of Arabic language teachers in the Hebron Education Directorate From the teachers' point of view, it is attributed to the variable gender, educational qualification, years of service. In light of the results of the study, the study recommends the following for the educational supervisor to assist the teacher in preparing a timetable; To implement the academic units of the curriculum, and for the educational supervisor to assist the teacher in planning school activities, and for the educational supervisor to train the teacher to develop an enrichment plan for high-achieving students.
