واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات المستخدمة في إدارة التنمية الإدارية في الشركات الصناعية في محافظة الخليل

Abstract

تلعب الشركات الصناعية دورا مهم في اقتصاد الدول، ولكي تضمن البقاءوالاستمرار في محيط أعمال يتميز بالتغيير الدائم وشدة المنافسة، خاصة بعد انفتاح الأسواق والعولمة وظهورتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، عليها أن تستغل الفرص التي تقدمها لها هذه التكنولوجيا والتي تكسبها مزايا تنافسية أو تدعمها, وتحقق لها أداء تنظيميا متميزا,وهدف هذه الدراسة التعرف الى واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات المستخدمة في إدارة التنمية الإدارية في الشركات الصناعية في محافظة الخليل. وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، قامت الدراسة على (80) شركة صناعية في محافظة الخليل من أصل (110) شركات صناعية حسب سجل الغرفة التجارية، باستجابتهم على استبانة كأداة أولى في جمع البيانات. وتمت المعالجة الاحصائية للبيانات, واظهرت نتائج الدراسة :واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات المستخدمة بالشركات الصناعية كانت مرتفعة, واقع إدارة التنمية الإدارية في الشركات الصناعية في محافظة الخليل كانت مرتفعة, وعلاقة واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات المستخدمة في إدارة التنمية الإدارية المتعلقة بالمتغيرات(التمكين والتطوير والتحفيز وزيادة الرغبة لدى الموظفين في التعلم من الأخطاء السابقة) في الشركات الصناعية في محافظة الخليل كانت مرتفعة.واوصت هذه الدراسة الى : ترسيخ الثقافة الرقمية وتوعية العمال من خلال اعتبار تكنولوجيا المعلومات هي وسيلة ضرورية لتحقيق النجاح و الازدهار بالعمل, عدم نقل التكنولوجيا المستوردة، والتجارب العالمية ومحاولة تطبيقهاحرفا لأن لكـل مجتمـع خصوصياته وما تصلح بالدول الاخرى ليس بالضرورة ان تصلح في الشركات الصناعية في محافظة الخليل.

Abstract I, industrial companies play a vital role in countries’ economy; however, to ensure their survival and continuity within a changeable and competitive business environment, and in light of globalization, the emergence of new markets, information and communication technology, these companies must benefit from this technology that allows them to acquire competitive advantages or support, and enables them to achieve a distinct organizational performance. Therefore, this study tackles the reality of information technology used in the management of administrative development in the industrial companies in Hebron Governorate. The study depended on the analytical descriptive methodology, and it was conducted on (80) industrial companies in Hebron governorate out of (110) industrial companies according to the record of Hebron Chamber of Commerce and Industry. These companies responded to a questionnaire as primary tool in data collection. After processing the data, the following results were obtained: the impact of information technology used by industrial companies is high, the reality of the administrative development management in the industrial companies in Hebron governorate is high, the reality of information technology in the management of administrative development related to (empowerment, development, motivation and employees’ increased desire to learn from previous mistakes) in industrial companies in the Hebron Governorate was also high. The researcher recommends the necessity to establish the digital culture and educate workers by considering information technology as a necessary mean to achieve success and prosperity. This can be achieved by avoiding the transference of imported technology, and global experiences and any attempt to perform them literally, because each conext has its own characteristics and what is good there is not necessarily good here
