Abstract

التمكين النفسي وعلاقته بالطموح المستقبلي لدى طلبة كليات الطب في الجامعات الفلسطينية إعداد الطالبة: آمال أبو منشار إشراف: الدكتور عبد الناصر السويطي ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التمكين (المعنى، والكفاء، والاستقلالية، وحرية التصرف، والتأثير في الآخرين) لدى طلبة كليات الطب في الجامعات الفلسطينية، كما هدفت إلى معرفة الفروق في مستوى التمكين النفسي لدى طلبة كليات الطب في الجامعات الفلسطينية تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، ومكان السكن، والجامعة، والمستوى الدراسي)، والتعرف على مستوى الطموح المستقبلي (الشهرة، والمجال الاجتماعي، ونمو الشخصية) لدى طلبة كليات الطب في الجامعات الفلسطينية، كما هدفت إلى معرفة الفروق في مستوى الطموح المستقبلي لدى طلبةكليات الطب في الجامعات الفلسطينية تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، ومكان السكن، والجامعة، والمستوى الدراسي).وإلى التعرف علىعلاقة التمكين النفسي بالطموح المستقبلي لدى طلبةكليات الطب في الجامعات الفلسطينية، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة كليات الطب في الجامعات الفلسطينيةوالبالغ عددهم (3752) طالبًا وطالبة حسب احصائيات مديريات القبول والتسجيل في الجامعات الفلسطينية ، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة تكونة من (450) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة كليات الطب تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، واستخدمت الدراسة مقياسين هما: مقياس التمكين النفسي ومقياس الطموح المستقبلي،حيث تم التحقق من خصائصها السيكومترية، وبعد إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية اللازمة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة التمكين النفسي لدى طلبة كليات الطب في الجامعات الفلسطينية كان مرتفع، وأن مستوى الطموح المستقبلي لدى طلبة كليات الطب في الجامعات الفلسطينية جاء بدرجة مرتفعة. وأظهرت النتائج بأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى التمكين النفسي تعزى لمتغير الجنس، بينما أشارت إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى التمكين النفسي لدى طلبة كليات الطب في الجامعات الفلسطينية تعزى لمتغير مكان السكن، والجامعة، والمستوى الدراسي. وكذلك إلى انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الطموح المستقبلي لدى طلبةكلياتالطب تعزى لمتغير الجنس، بينما توجد فروق في الطموح المستقبلي لدى طلبة كليات الطب في الجامعات الفلسطينية تعزى لمتغير مكان السكن، والجامعة، والمستوى الدراسي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغير مستوى التمكين النفسي ومتغير مستوى الطموح المستقبلي لدى طلبةكليات الطب في الجامعات الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر طلبة الطب في الجامعات الفلسطينية. وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، خرجت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات منها العمل على توعية طلبة الجامعات بأهمية التمكين النفسي بتعزيز ثقتهم بأنفسهم وقدرته على اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة في حياتهم العملية والعلمية، والعمل من قبل الأهل والجامعة على دعم الأبناء في سبيل تحقيق طموحاتهم، من خلال مساعدتهم على تخطي ما يواجههم من عوائق ومصاعب في طريق تحقيق ذلك الطموح، وأن تعمل الجامعات على تقديم كل ما يلزم لطلبتها من خدمات تساعدهم على معرفة إمكانياتهم الحقيقية، وتدريبهم على كيفية وضع خطط مستقبلية تتناسب مع طموحهم. الكلمات المفتاحيّة: التمكين النفسي، الطموح المستقبلي، طلبة الطب في الجامعات الفلسطينية.

Psychological empowerment and its relationship to future ambition among students in Palestinian universities Prepared by: Amal Abu Manshar, Supervised by: Dr. Abdi; Nasser Al-Suwaiti Abstract The study aimed to identify the level of empowerment (meaning, competence, independence, freedom of action, and influence on others) among medical students in Palestinian universities. It also aimed to identify the differences in the level of psychological empowerment among medical students in Palestinian universities attributed to the variable (gender, place of residence, university, and academic level), and to identify the level of future ambition (fame, social sphere, and personality development) among medical students in Palestinian universities. It also aimed to identify the differences in the level of future ambition among medical students in Palestinian universities attributed to the variable (gender, place of residence, university, and academic level). To identify the relationship between psychological empowerment and future ambition among medical students in Palestinian universities, the researcher used the descriptive correlational approach. The study community consisted of all medical students in Palestinian universities, numbering (3752) male and female students according to statistics from the admission and registration directorates in Palestinian universities. The study was conducted on a sample of (450) male and female students from medical colleges who were selected randomly. The study used two scales: the psychological empowerment scale and the future ambition scale, where their psychometric properties were verified, after conducting the necessary statistical treatments. The study concluded that the degree of psychological empowerment among medical students in Palestinian universities was very, and that the level of future ambition among medical students in Palestinian universities was high. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological empowerment attributed to the gender variable, while they indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the level of psychological empowerment among medical students in Palestinian universities attributed to the variable of place of residence, university, and academic level. Also, there were no statistically significant differences in future ambition among medical students attributed to the variable of gender, while there were differences in future ambition among medical students in Palestinian universities attributed to the variable of place of residence, university, and academic level. The study concluded that there was a statistically significant correlation between the variable of psychological empowerment level and the variable of future ambition level among medical students in Palestinian universities from the point of view of medical students in Palestinian universities. In light of the results of the study, the researcher came up with a set of recommendations, including working to educate university students about the importance of psychological empowerment by enhancing their self-confidence and ability to make appropriate decisions in their practical and academic lives, and working by parents and the university to support children in achieving their ambitions, by helping them overcome the obstacles and difficulties they face on the way to achieving that ambition, and that universities work to provide all the necessary services to their students to help them know their true potential, and train them on how to develop future plans that are consistent with their ambitions.
