Abstract

الملخّص بالعربية الخِدمات الإرشاديّة المقدمة لطلبة السّنة الأولى في الجامعات الفلسطينية إعداد: سهير محمد شحاته يوسف إشراف: الدّكتور كامل حسن كتلو هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلىالخِدمات الإرشادية المقدمة لطلبة السّنة الأولى في الجامعات الفلسطينية، تمّ استخدام المنهج الوصفيّالمسحيّ، وتكوّنَ مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة السنة الأولى في الجامعات الفلسطينية البالغ عددهم (17850) طالبًا وطالبةً،وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة المتاحة، وبلغ عدد أفراد العينة (565) طالباً وطالبةً،أي بنسبة (3.2%) من طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية. وقد توصّلتِ النتائج إلى أَنَّ مستوى الخِدماتالإرشاديةبكافة أنواعها المقدمةلطلبةالسنةالأولىفيالجامعاتالفلسطيني_ كانت متوسّطة، بمتوسّط حسابيّ (3.16) وانحراف معياريّ (0.76)، كما أظهرتِ النتائج أَنَّالخدماتالأكاديميّةَالتيتٌقدّمللطلبةكانت متوسّطة،بمتوسّط حسابيّ (3.30) وانحراف معياريّ (0.72)، كما تبين أَنَّالخدماتالنفسيّةَالتيتُقدّمللطلبة كانت متوسّطة،بمتوسّط حسابيّ (2.95) وانحراف معياريّ (1.01)، وبينتِ النتائج أَنَّالخِدماتِالاجتماعيّةَالتيتُقدّمللطلبة كانت متوسّطةً، بمتوسّط حسابيّ (3.21) وانحراف معياريّ(0.77). وتشير النتائجُ إلى وجودِ فروقٍ ذاتِ دلالة إحصائيةٍ في جميع مجالات الخِدماتالإرشاديّةالمقدمة، تُعزى إلى مُتغيّر الجنس، ومتغير مستوى الدخل الشّهريّ، وأشارتِ النتائج أيضًا إلىعدم وجود فروقٍ في مجالاتالخدماتالإرشاديّةالمقدمةلطلبةالسّنةالأولىفيالجامعاتالفلسطينيةتُعزىإلى مُتغيّرمكانالسّكن، ومتغير الكلّية، ومتغير المعدل. وتوصى الباحثة بتحديث البرامج الإرشادية الموجّهة لطلبة السنة الأولى في الجامعات الفلسطينية بمجالاتها الثلاثة: (أكاديميّة، نفسيّة، اجتماعيّة)، وأنّتعملَشؤونالطلبةعلىتقديمخدماتٍإرشاديةٍتوعويةٍبمشاركةالعائلاتوالطلبةالذينلديهممشكلاتفيالجامعة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الخِدماتالإرشادية، طلبة السّنة الأولى، الجامعات الفلسطينية.

Guidance services provided to first-year students in Palestinian universities Prepared by: Suhair Muhammad Shehata Youssef Supervision: Dr. KamelKatlo Abstract The aim of the study was to identify the counselling services offered to first-year students at Palestinian universities. To achieve the goal, the researcher used the Cross-sectional study. The target population consisted of all first-year students at the Palestinian universities (17,850).The questionnaire was distributed electronically and the sample was selected randomly, and the sample was 565 students (3.2%) of Palestinian university students. The results found that the level of the academic guiding counseling services of all kinds provided to first-year students at Palestinian universities was medium with meanof(3.16) and standard deviation (0.76), as the results showed that academic services provided to students were with average level(mean=3.30, standard deviation 0.72), psychological services provided to students with medium level. The results showed that the social services provided to students were medium (mean=3.21,SD= 0.77). The results indicate that there are statistically significant differences in all areas of the provided guidanceservices, with the gender variable and the monthly income level variable. The results also indicate that there are no differences in the areas of the guidanceservices provided to first-year students at Palestinian universities due to the place of residence, the faculty and the academic average. The researcher recommends updating the counseling programs directed at first-year students in Palestinian universities in their three fields (academic, psychological, and social), and that Student Affairs provide counseling and awareness services with the participation of families and students who have problems at the university.
