الإدارة الإلكترونية وعلاقتها بالإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس في مديرية تربية وتعليم الخليل

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإدارةالإلكترونيةوعلاقتهابالإبداعالإداريلدىمديريالمدارسفيالخليل، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفيّ الارتباطيّ،تكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي تربية وتعليم الخليل والبالغ عددهم (4128) معلم ومعلمة، طبقت استبانة على عينة قوامها(413) معلماً ومعلمة من مديرية تربية وتعليم الخليل، أخذت بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنّ مستوىتطبيق كلاً منالإدارةالإلكترونيةوالإبداعالإداريلدىمديريالمدارسفيالخليلمنوجهةنظرالمعلّمين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجدفروق فيمتوسّطاتتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول تطبيقالإدارةالإلكترونيةلدىمديريالمدارسفيالخليلمنوجهةنظرالمعلّمينتُعزىإلىمتغيراتالمؤهلالعلميّوسنواتالخبرة، بينما توجد فروقاً تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، كما أنه لا توجدفروقفيمتوسّطاتتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الإبداعالإداريلدىمديريالمدارسفيالخليلمنوجهةنظرالمعلّمينتُعزىإلىمتغيراتالمؤهلالعلميّوسنواتالخبرة، بينما توجد فروقاً تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقةٍ ارتباطيةٍ موجبةٍ ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجةتطبيقمديريالمدارسفيالخليلللإدارةالإلكترونيةومستوىالإبداعالإداري لدى المديرينمنوجهةنظرالمعلّمين. من خلال النتائج السابقة توصي الباحثة:أن يعمل المديرين في المدارس الحكومية على اتباع أساليب تعزيز يتم من خلالها التوجه نحو استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية كنمط إداري حديث، وأن تعمل مديريات التربية والتعليم بالتعاون مع مديري المدارس على عقد دورات ولقاءات تدريبية يتم من خلالها معالجة الضعف لدى العاملين في المدارس في استخدام البرامج الإلكترونية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإدارةالإلكترونية،الإبداعالإداري، مديريالمدارس.

The study aimed to identify electronic administration and its relationship to administrative creativity among school principals in central Hebron. The researcher used the descriptive, correlational approach, through a questionnaire applied to a sample of (413) male and female teachers from the Hebron Education Directorate, The upbringing and education of Hebron was carried out according to a random class method. The results of the study showed that the level of application of both electronic management and administrative creativity among school principals in Hebron from the point of view of teachers was high. The results also showed that there were no differences in the average estimates of the members of the study sample regarding the application of electronic management among school principals in Hebron from the point of view of Teachers are attributed to the variables of academic qualification and years of experience, while there are differences due to the gender variable in favor of females. There are also no differences in the average estimates of the members of the study sample about administrative creativity among school principals in Hebron from the point of view of teachers, due to the variables of academic qualification and years of experience, while There are differences due to the gender variable in favor of females, and the results also showed that there is a positive, statistically significant correlation between the degree to which school principals in Hebron apply electronic management and the level of administrative creativity among principals from the point of view of teachers. Based on the previous results, the researcher recommends: that principals in government schools work to follow strengthening methods through which they move towards using electronic management as a modern administrative style, and that education directorates work in cooperation with school principals to hold training courses and meetings through which the weakness of employees is addressed.
