Abstract

أنماط سلوك القادة الإداريين في الجامعات الفلسطينية "جامعتَيْ الخليل وبوليتكنك فلسطين أنموذجاً" إعداد: أحمد يوسف عثمان ارزيقات الملخّص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أنماطسلوكالقادةالإداريينفيجامعتيالخليلوبوليتكنكفلسطين، تكوّنَ مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الأكاديميين في الجامعتين، والبالغ عددهم (323) عضواً، استخدم الباحث أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة لاختيار أفراد العينة، بلغت (175) أكاديمياً، استخدم الباحث -في هذه الدراسة- الاستبانةَ لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة نهج الباحث المنهجَ الوصفيّ التحليليّ. أظهرتالنتائجأنّدرجةممارسةأنماطسلوكالقادةالإداريينفيجامعتيالخليلوبوليتكنكفلسطينجاءتبدرجةمتوسطة،وكانأكثرالأنماطممارسةهوالنمطالأتوقراطي،تلاهالنمطالمتكامل،ثمالنمطالتمكيني،يليهالنمطالانسحابي،تلاهالديمقراطيوكانأقلّالأنماطممارسةهوالنمطالترسلي. تشيرالنتائجإلىأنّهلاتوجدفروقبينمتوسّطاتأنماطسلوكالقادةالإداريينفيجامعتيالخليلوبوليتكنكفلسطينمنوجهةنظرالأكاديميينعلىالدّرجةالكليةتُعزىإلىمتغيّرالجنس، أوسنوات الخبرة، أوالكلية، بينما توجدفروقبينمتوسّطاتأنماطسلوكالقادةالإداريينفيجامعتيالخليلوبوليتكنكفلسطينمنوجهةنظرالأكاديميينعلىالدّرجةالكليةتُعزىإلىمتغيّرالمؤهلالعلمي، لصالح حملة درجة الماجستير. الكلمات المفتاحيَة: السلوك، أنماط القيادة للقادة الإداريين، جامعة الخليل، جامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين.

Behavior Patterns of Administrative Leaders atPalestinian Universities "Hebron University and Palestine Polytechnic Universityas a sample"

Abstract This study aimed to find out the behaviour patterns of the administrative leaders at Hebron University and Palestine Polytechnic University. In this study - a questionnaire and the interview to collect data and information, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher approached the descriptive analytical approach. The results showed that the degree of practicing the patterns of behaviour of the administrative leaders at the Universities of Hebron and Palestine Polytechnic came to a moderate degree. The results indicate that there are no differences between the averages of the behaviour patterns of administrative leaders at Hebron University and Palestine Polytechnic from the point of view of academics on the total score due to the variables of gender, years of experience, and college, while there are differences between the averages of the behaviour patterns of administrative leaders at Hebron University and Palestine Polytechnic from the point of view of academics. The academics' point of view on the total score is attributed to the educational qualification variable, in favour of master's degree holders.
