dc.description	This article emerged from the accumulation of an ongoing research that I conducted over the past 23 years. It proposes a draft law for the consideration of Palestinian legislators. If adopted, the 'law' would constitute a groundbreaking for the remedy of the status of Palestinians across the globe by using an international legal approach. Indeed, realizing our dreams lies in us, the Palestinians. We just need to move ahead!	en_US
dc.description.abstract	This study is written in an unconventional way. It presents draft articles based on a research conducted by the writer over the past two decades, showing the status of the various categories of Palestinians based on international law and how that status can be translated into legislative provisions that may be adopted by the State of Palestine as “Palestinian Citizenship Law”. Originally, the study formed a commentary on the draft articles of the law; it was then converted into a research paper, but without losing its initial character as an interpretation of the said draft citizenship law.	en_US
