نظم المعلومات الادارية المتبعة في شركة كهرباء الجنوب وسبل تطويرها

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الد ا رسة الى التعرف على واقع نظم المعلومات الإدارية في شركة كهرباء الجنوب وسبل تطويرها، من حيث د ا رسة جودة نظم المعلومات الإدارية المستخدمة حاليا ومدى الاستفادة من تلك النظم ومدى رضا مستخدمي نظم المعلومات الإدارية في الشركة، كما تهدف الى التعرف على سبل تطوير نظم المعلومات الادارية في شركة كهرباء الجنوب من خلال المستلزمات المطلوبة، وتقديم التصو ا رت والمقترحات لتطويرها. وفي سبيل الوصول لهذه الأهداف، تبنت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت على الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من جميع الموظفين في الشركة والبالغ عددهم ) 160 (، وبعد توزيع الاستبانة عليهم، تم استرداد ) 138 (، أي بنسبة ) 86 %( خضعت جميعها للتحليل باستخدام برنامج SPSS . توصلت الد ا رسة الى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: الدرجة الكلية لواقع نظم المعلومات الإدارية المتبعة في شركة كهرباء الجنوب كانت مرتفعة بشكل عام وكانت أكثر أبعاد نظم المعلومات الإدارية تطبيقا هي جودة نظم المعلومات الإدارية وبدرجة مرتفعة وتعود الأسباب الى سهولة تعلم واستخدام نظم المعلومات الإدارية الحالية، كما انها تتمتع بالسرية والأمان وقدرتها على استرجاع البيانات والمعلومات في حال فقدانها، ويمكن الاعتماد عليها في استخ ا رج التقارير اللازمة واتخاذ الق ا ر ا رت الإدارية السليمة. أكثر المتطلبات التي تساعد الشركة على تطوير أنظمتها هي المتطلبات المادية والبرمجية وذلك بشكل متوسط ويليها المتطلبات البشرية والشبكات، وأخي ا ر توفر المستلزمات الإدارية. وبناء على النتائج السابقة قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات بهدف تطوير واقع نظم المعلومات الإدارية في شركة كهرباء الجنوب.

Abstract: This study aims at understanding the management information systems (hereinafter referred to as MIS) currently in use at Southern Electricity Company (SELCO) and methods to develop them in terms of the quality of these systems, the extent to which it actually serves its purpose and the level of satisfaction of the users of the MISs at SELCO. The other purpose of the study was to propose possible solutions and recommendations to developing the current MIS or establishing a new one. In order to achieve these goals, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method, and relied on the questionnaire as a tool to collect data from all the company’s 160 employees of which (138) responded to the questionnaire, with a percentage of (86%). Measuring the degree of effectiveness of MISs used in SELCO was high in general, and the most applied dimensions of MIS were its quality; with a high degree due to the ease of use and learning of the MIS, its level of safety and security, its ability to retrieve any lost data as well as its ability to extract reports for managerial decision making. The hardware and software aspects of developing the MIS were the most demanding to the development of the systems followed by the human and networks aspects and lastly the availability of administrative tools. Based on the previous results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestion for the purpose of developing the MIS already in use and some ideas for future new systems
