مستوى الدافعية للتطوع وعلاقتها بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية

Abstract

الملخص مستوى الدافعية للتطوع وعلاقتها بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة الارتباطية بين الدافعية للتطوع والمسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (1170) طاباً وطالبة من ثلاث جامعات هي: الخليل وبيرزيت والنجاح، وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، واستخدام المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطيلتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة، كما تم تطوير مقياسين هما مقياس الدافعية للتطوع ومقياس المسؤولية الاجتماعية لجمع البيانات اللازمة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسةأن هناك علاقة ارتباطية ايجابية بين الدرجة الكلية للدافعية للتطوع والمسؤولية الاجتماعية حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط (0،777) وهي علاقة دالة إحصائياً، وجاءت النتيجة بالنسبة لمتغير الدافعية للتطوع وجميع مجالاته بدرجة عالية بمتوسط حسابي (3.940) وانحراف معياري (0.552)، كما تبين أن مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية وجميع مجالاته جاء بدرجة عالية بمتوسط حسابي (3.941) وانحراف معياري (0.549). وتبين من نتائج الدراسة أن هناك فروق في مستوى الدافعية للتطوع تبعاً لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث. حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للإناث (3.973) و الذكور (3.888)، أما مستوى الدافعية للتطوع تبعاً لمتغير الجامعة فإن هناك فروق بين طلبة الجامعات في جميع المجالات باستثناء مجال التفاعل الاجتماعي ولصالح جامعة الخليل بمتوسط حسابي (4.016) وانحراف معياري (0.462)، أما بالنسبة لمتغير نوع الكلية فلم تظهر فروق في متوسطات الدافعية للتطوع تبعاً لمتغير الكلية باستثناء مجال (الوقائية) ولصالح الكليات العلمية حيث بلغت قيمة الدلالة الإحصائية (0.021) وهي أقل من قيمة ((α≤ 0.05، أما المستوى الدراسي فإن هناك فروق بسيطة في مستوى الدافعية للتطوع تبعاً لمتغير المستوى الدراسي للطلبة باستثناء مجال (التفاعل الاجتماعي) وكانت الفروق لصالح مستوى أولى بمتوسط (4.013) وانحراف معياري (0.519). وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، أما النتيجة المتعلقة بمتغير الجامعةفإن هناك فروق في الدرجة الكلية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية ولصالح جامعة الخليل بمتوسط (4.036) وانحراف معياري (0.444)، كما أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على الدرجة الكلية لمقياس المسؤولية الاجتماعية تبعاً لمتغير الكلية،حيث لم يكن هناك فروق في مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية بين الكليات العلمية والأدبية، كما وتبين بأن هناك فروق ظاهرية في مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية تبعاً لمتغير المستوى الدراسي ولصالح سنة أولى بمتوسط حسابي (3.932) وانحراف معياري (0.535). ومن أهم ما أوصت به الدراسة، وضع خطط وسياسات مشتركة بين الجامعات لاستثمار اتجاهات الطلبة نحو التطوع والمسؤولية الاجتماعية ، كما وأوصت الجامعات الفلسطينية بالاتجاه نحو التبادل الثقافي مع جامعات البلدان الأخرى والاطلاع على تجارب الآخرين في مجال العمل التطوعي المبني على أساس مؤسسي ومجتمعي، ونقل هذه الخبرات إلى الطلبة الفلسطينيين. الكلمات المفتاحية: الدافعية للتطوع، المسؤولية الاجتماعية، الطلبة، الجامعات الفلسطينية.

Abstract The Level of Motivation for Voluntary Work and it's Relation to Social Responsibility Among a Sample of Palestinian University Students This study aimed to know the correlation between motivation for volunteering and social responsibility in among Palestinian university students. The study sample was made up of (1170) students from three universities (Hebron University, Birzeit, and Alnajah) and the sample was randomly chosen using the descriptive and correlational approach to achieve the objectives of the study. Two main measures were developed: motivation for volunteering, and the social responsibility to collect the data necessary to achieve the objectives of the study. The results of the study showed that there is a positive correlation between the total degree of motivation for volunteering and social responsibility with a correlation coefficient (0,777) which is statistically a significant relationship, and the result for the variable motivation of volunteering and all of its fields to a high degree by the arithmetic average (3.940) and Standard Deviation (SD) of (0.552). The level of social responsibility and all of its areas was found to be high with a mean (3.941) and a SD (0.549). The results of the study showed differences in the level of motivation for volunteering depending on the gender variable in favor of females, the mean of females (3.973) and males (3.888). The level of motivation for volunteering by the university variable, showed differences between university students in all fields except the field of social interaction, in favour of Hebron University with an a (mean 4.016; SD 0.462). As for the faculty variable, the study did not show differences in the average motivation to volunteering by the faculty variable except for the (preventive) field, and in favor of the scientific faculties with an SD (0.021) which is less than the value of (α≤ 0.05). As for the level of education, there are slight differences in the level of motivation to volunteering depending on the level of the student's academic level except for the field of (social interaction) and the differences was in favor of first level of with (mean 4.013 and SD 0.519) The results showed that there were no significant statistical differences in the level of social responsibility depending on the gender variable, and the result of the university variable, there are differences in the overall degree of social responsibility and in favor of Hebron University (mean 4.036; SD 0.444), and there are no significant statistical differences on the overall degree of the social responsibility measure according to the faculty variable, there are no differences in the level of social responsibility between the scientific and Literature faculties, and there are apparent differences in the level of social responsibility depending on the level of the education and for the benefit of the first year with (mean 3.932; SD 0.535). Key recommendations of the study are: the development of inter-university plans and policies to Invest students' attitudes towards volunteering and social responsibility; and for the Palestinian universities to move towards cultural exchange with foreign universities and to learn about the experiences of others in the field of institutional and community based volunteering, and transferring these experiences to Palestinian students.
