هدفت الدراسة إلىالتعرف علىواقعحاضناتالأعمالفيمحافظة الخليل،وطبيعةالخدماتالتيتقدمها للمشاريع،والتيتؤثرعلىتنميتهاوتطويرها، وكذلك دراسة مدى تركيزها على فئة الشباب وخاصة الطلاب الجامعيين (طلاب وخريجين)،وذلكمنخلالدراسةواقع هذه المشاريع، وتحديد المشاكل والمعيقاتالتيتعانيمنه،ومساعدتهافي إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لتلك المشاكل والمعيقات.ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة: استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد قامت بعمل مقابلات مع مدراء حاضنات الأعمال في محافظة الخليل، ووزعت الاستباناتعلى أصحاب المشاريع والبالغ عددهم 72. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن حاضنات الأعمال تشترك جميعها في معظم الخدمات التي تُقدًّم للمشاريع المحتضنة، حيث أن استفادة الطلبة الجامعيين من هذه الخدمات مرتفعة. كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود بعض المعيقات التي تواجهها حاضنات الأعمال في محافظة الخليل، ومن أهمها: أن حاضنات الأعمال جميعها تعاني من مشكلة الحصول على التمويل. وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها:زيادةالتوعية في المجتمع المحليبفكرة حاضنات الأعمال ورسالتها، وزيادة التوعية حول أهمية المشاريع الريادية، وذلكمنخلالالتسويق، والدعوى إلى العملعلىتخصيصدعممنقبلالحكومةلحاضناتالأعمال،وتسهيلبرامجالإقراض والتمويلللمشاريعالجديدة. كذلك ضرورة التركيز على مساقات الريادة في الجامعات.

Abstract The Role of Business Incubators in Supporting University Students Towards Having Their Own Project in Hebron Governorate

The study aims to identify the set of circumstances surrounding business incubators in Hebron Governorate and the nature of the services provided to the business, which affect the project’s development and progress, as well as the extent of its focus on the category of youth, especially university students, through the study of the verity of their business, and by identifying the problems and obstacles they suffer from, and help them find appropriate solutions to those problems and obstacles. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method and conducted interviews with managers of business incubators in the Hebron Governorate, and distributed questionnaires to the 72 entrepreneurs. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are, business incubators are all involved in most of the services provided for the incubated business, as university student’s benefits from these services were high. Logistics services topped these services followed by consultancy and training services, then administrative services and financial services, and finally marketing services. The study also showed that there are some obstacles faced by business incubators in the Hebron Governorate.The most significant of these: business incubators all suffer from the problem of access to finance, and the lack of specialization and extensiveness among themas well as the fear of not being able to sustain funding. Most business incubators have also been effected from the lack of awareness of the community regarding the right concept of leadership, and other related obstacles. The study made a number of recommendations, including: raising awareness in the local community about the idea of business incubators and its mission; raising awareness about the importance of entrepreneurial business through promotion and conducting ongoing awareness campaign; calling for the allocation of government support for business incubators; and facilitate lending and financing programs for new business. It is also necessary to focus on entrepreneurship courses in universitie
