برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية للبنوك العاملة في محافظة الخليل:الاشكاليات وسبل التطوير

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة "برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية للبنوك العاملة في محافظة الخليل-الإشكاليات وسبل التطوير" هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية التي تقوم بها البنوك العاملة في محافظة الخليلوأهم القطاعات التي تهتم بها ومدى التزام هذه البرامج تجاه الموظفين، والمعتمدين، والمجتمع، والبيئة، والتنميةوأهم الإشكاليات التي تواجههاوالنظر في الحلول الممكنة لحل هذه الإشكاليات. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتصميم الدراسة لمناسبته لطبيعة هذه الدراسة، تم جمع البيانات من خلال توزيع الاستبانةعلى المبحوثين في البنوك العاملة في محافظة الخليل. تَكَوَّنَ مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مدراء ونواب المدراء، ومدراء المكاتب للبنوكالعاملةفيمحافظةالخليلوالبالغ عددهم (65)، من (12) بنك بموجب إحصائيات رسمية صادرة عن سلطة النقد الفلسطينية (2019) وهي (بنك فلسطين، والبنك الوطني، وبنك الاستثمار الفلسطيني، ومصرف الصفا، والبنك العربي، وبنك القاهرة عمان، وبنك الإسكان للتجارة والتمويل، وبنك الأردن، وبنك القدس، والبنك الإسلامي الفلسطيني، والبنك الإسلامي العربي، والبنك الأهلي الأردني)، وتم استخدام عينة المسح الشامل، حيث تم استرداد (61) استبانة. أوضحت نتائج الدراسة مدى التزامالبنوك العاملة في محافظة الخليل في مجالات المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه الموظفين، والمعتمدين، والبيئة، والتنمية، ومدى الاهتمام الذي توليه البنوك لأبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية، كما بحثت الدراسة في عدد من الإشكاليات التي تواجه برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعيةوأهم الحلول الممكنة لحل هذه الإشكاليات. حيث بلغتمجالاتتطبيقالمسؤوليةالاجتماعيةللبنوكالعاملةفيمحافظةالخليل درجة مرتفعة، كما جاءت أبعادالمسؤوليةالاجتماعيةبدرجة مرتفعة. قدمت الدراسة عدداً من التوصيات ذات العلاقة ببرامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية للبنوك العاملة في محافظة الخليل والحد من الإشكاليات التي تواجهها وتعمل على تطوير هذه البرامج كان أهمها ضرورة زيادة دعم برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه المجتمع، زيادة وتحديد الميزانيات المخصصة لدعم برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية في البنوك العاملة في محافظة الخليل، والعمل على حل الإشكاليات التي تواجه برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال تطبيق المقترحات التي تعمل على تطوير هذه البرامج.

Abstract “Social Responsibility Programs of Banks in Hebron Governorate: Problems and Ways of Development”

The study aimed to identify the social responsibility programs carried out by the banks operating in the Hebron Governorate and the most important sectors they are interested in and the extent of their commitment to employees, accredited, community, environment, development and the most important problems they face and to consider possible solutions to solve these problems. The researcher used the descriptive analytical methodology to design the study to suit the nature of this study. The data were collected by distributing the questionnaire to the respondents in the banks operating in Hebron Governorate. The study population consisted of all 65 directors, deputy directors, and office managers of the banks operating in Hebron governorate from (12) banks according to official statistics issued by the Palestine Monetary Authority (2019) namely (Bank of Palestine, The National Bank, Palestine Investment Bank, Al-Safa Bank, Arab Bank, Cairo Amman Bank, Housing Bank for Trade and Finance, Bank of Jordan, Al-Quds Bank, Palestine Islamic Bank, Arab Islamic Bank and Jordan Ahli Bank) were used in the comprehensive survey sample, where 61 questionnaires were retrieved. The results of the study showed the extent of the commitment of banks operating in the Hebron Governorate in the areas of social responsibility towards employees, accredited, environment, and development, and the attention paid by the banks to the dimensions of social responsibility, the study also examined a number of problems facing social responsibility programs and the most important possible solutions to solve it. The areas of application of social responsibility to banks operating in the Hebron governorate reached a high degree, and the dimensions of social responsibility came to a high degree. The study presented a number of recommendations related to the social responsibility programs of banks operating in Hebron governorate and reducing the problems facing them and working to develop these programs, the most important of which is the need to increase the support of social responsibility programs towards the community, and increase and determine the budgets allocated to support social responsibility programs in the banks operating in the Hebron Governorate, and work to solve the problems facing social responsibility programs through the application of proposals that develop these programs.
