ملخص مدى موائمة مخرجات كليات إدارة الأعمال (أقسام المحاسبة )في الجامعات الفلسطينية (العامة) مع احتياجات سوق العمل الفلسطيني في الضفة الغربية

هدف البحث إلى معرفة مدى موائمة مخرجات كليات إدارة الأعمال (أقسام المحاسبة )في الجامعات الفلسطينية (العامة) مع احتياجات سوق العمل الفلسطيني في الضفة الغربية,و استخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعتمد على دراسة الظاهرة في الوقت الحاضر وكما هي في الواقع، وهو المنهج المناسب والأفضل لمثل هذه الدراسات. و تكونت عينة الدراسة من ستة رؤساء لأقسام المحاسبة للجامعات الفلسطينية وهي (جامعة الخليل وجامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين وجامعة بيرزيت، وجامعة النجاح الوطنية، وجامعة بيت لحم، وجامعة القدس (أبو ديس))، كما تكونت العينة من 45 مدقق حسابات، و68 موظفا تخرجوا من الجامعات الفلسطينية التقليدية(العامة )وتوظفوا حديثا في مكاتب تدقيق الحسابات في الضفة الغربية . و تم بناء أداة الدراسة على شكل مقابلة واستبانتين من خلال الاستفادة من مشرفين ودراسات سابقة. فإن الباحث قد توصل إلى النتائج التالية: أولا أن واقع العملية التعليمية في كليات إدارة الأعمال (أقسام المحاسبة) في الجامعات الفلسطينية (العامة) مع احتياجات سوق العمل الفلسطيني في الضفة الغربية من وجهة نظر رؤساء أقسام المحاسبة جاء بدرجة مرتفعة.وثانيا أن واقع الخريجين في الجامعات الفلسطينية (العامة) مع احتياجات سوق العمل الفلسطيني في الضفة الغربية من وجهة نظر مدققي الحسابات جاء بدرجة منخفضة. أما من وجهة نظر الموظفين حديثي التخرج جاء بدرجة منخفضة.وثالثا أن العلاقة بين كليات إدارة الأعمال (أقسام المحاسبة) في الجامعات الفلسطينية (العامة) وسوق العمل الفلسطيني في الضفة الغربية من وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة,أما من وجهة نظر مدققي الحسابات جاءت بدرجة منخفضة.

abstract outputs suitability of business administration of colleges ( accounting departments ) in Palestinian universities ( public ) with the Palestinian labor market needs in the West Bank Prepared by the student Abdul Raouf, Hamed a l-Tamimi Supervision of Dr. Basil Natsheh The research aims to find out outputs suitability of business administration of colleges ( accounting departments ) in traditional Palestinian universities ( public ) with the Palestinian labor market needs in the West Bank. the researcher used in this study descriptive analytical method which is based on the study of the phenomenon at the present time and as they are in reality , it is the appropriate and best approach for such studies . The study sample consisted of six heads of accounting departments of Palestinian universities, which are( Hebron University, Palestine Polytechnic University , Birzeit University , Najah National University, , Bethlehem University and the University of Jerusalem ( Abu Dis ). The sample consisted also of 45 auditor , and 68 employees who recently graduated from Palestinian universities (public ) .The study tool has taken the form of interviews and questionnaires through the assistance of supervisors and previous studies . The researcher has reached the following conclusions : first, that the reality of the educational process in the business administration colleges ( accounting departments ) in the Palestinian universities ( public ) with the Palestinian labor market needs in the West Bank, from the viewpoint of accounting department heads came highly . Secondly , the reality of college graduates of the traditional Palestinian universities ( public ) with the needs of the labor market in the Palestinian West Bank from the viewpoint of the auditors came as low. From the point of view of recently graduated employees came low grade . Thirdly , the relationship between the colleges of business administration ( accounting departments ) in the traditional Palestinian universities ( public ) and the Palestinian labor market in the West Bank from the viewpoint of department heads came high degree . but from the perspective of the auditors came as low-grade .
