دور التنظيم الإداري في تحقيق استدامة الشركات العائلية في مدينة الخليل

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التنظيم الإداري في تحقيق استدامة الشركات العائلية في مدينة الخليل، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الشركات العائلية العاملة في مدينة الخليل، والتي استمرت في عملها للجيل الثاني فما فوق، ولا يوجد إحصائية رسمية لهذه الشركات لذلك لجأ الباحث في هذه الدراسة إلى العينة القصدية (كرة الثلج)، وبلغ عدد أفراد عينة الدراسة (80) استبانة، وقد توزَّعت الفقرات لتشمل المتغير المستقل وهو التنظيم الإداري ببعديه وهما الهيكل التنظيمي والعلاقات التنظيمية والمتغير التابع وهو الإستدامة وبلغ عدد فقرات الاستبانة (52) فقرة. أظهرت النتائج أن تصورات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مجالات التنظيم الإداري في الشركات العائلية في مدينة الخليل جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما يتبين أن بعد الهيكل التنظيمي متوسط، وكذلك العلاقات التنظيمية، وأن مستوى الاستدامة في الشركات العائلية في مدينة الخليل جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، كما تبين وجود دور إيجابي للتنظيم الإداري في تحقيق استدامة الشركات العائلية في مدينة الخليل، وكذلك وجود دور إيجابي للهيكل التنظيمي وللعلاقات التنظيمية في تحقيق استدامة الشركات العائلية في مدينة الخليل، ومن خلال النتائج السابقة يوصي الباحث أن تُنشئ غرفة تجارة وصناعة محافظة الخليل دائرة تختص بالتنظيم الإداري للشركات العائلية وعمل رزم مدروسة من الإرشادات والأحكام التي تبين لأصحاب ومدراء الشركات العائلية ما الذي يجب أن يفعلوه في مجال التنظيم الإداري لشركاتهم. وقد تم مناقشة هذا الموضوع مع مجلس ادارة الغرفة التجارية وأبدو اهتمامهم بالموضوع، وسيتم مناقشته بالتفصيل لاحقاً.

Abstract The study aimed to identify the role of administrative organizational structure in achieving sustainability of family businesses in Hebron. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The study population is composed of all the family businesses operating in Hebron city, which continued in their work for the second and above generations. There is no official statistics for these companies. Therefore, the researcher resorted to the sample snowball, The sample of the study (80) questionnaire. The paragraphs were divided to include the independent variable, administrative organization, which is the organizational structure, the organizational relations and the dependent variable, the sustainability. The number of paragraphs of the questionnaire (52). The results showed that the perceptions of the members of the study sample on the fields of administrative organization in the family businesses in Hebron came to a medium degree, as it turns out that after the organizational structure is average, as well as the organizational relations, and that the level of sustainability in family businesses in Hebron is high, and the positive role played by the organizational structure in achieving sustainability of family businesses in Hebron and the positive role of organizational relations in achieving sustainability of family businesses in Hebron. The researcher recommends that the Hebron Chamber of Commerce and Industry establish a department for the administrative management of family businesses and work out well-considered packages of instructions and provisions that show the owners and managers of family businesses what they should do in the field of administrative organization of their companies. This issue has been discussed with the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and has shown interest in the subject, and will be discussed in detail later.
