dc.description	Abstract: Speculation (Mudarabah) in contemporary prices is a form of partnership where one party provides the funds while the other provides expertise and management. Any profits accrued are shared between the two parties on a pre-agreed basis, while loss is borne by the provider(s) of the capital. Is this kind of dealings allowed? Or must the capital be only gold and silver? Most jurisprudents say that such a contract is not allowed, while some of them allowed it. Therefore, the researcher investigated the jurisprudents' views and evidences following the best methods in comparing them. Consequently, the researcher has given preference to allowing speculation in these values as they are real values and conventionally dealt with.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	ملخص: المضاربة بالأثمان المعاصرة هو عقد بين طرفين يقدم أحدهما نقودا مصنوعة من غير الذهب والفضة كالنقود المعدنية والورقية ويقدم الآخر جهده، على أن يكون الربح بينهما نسبة مئوية بحسب ما يتفقا، وخسارة الجهد على العامل وخسارة المال على مالكه؛ فهل تصح هذه المعاملة أم يجب أن يكون رأس المال نقوداً مصنوعة من الذهب والفضة فقط؟ ذهب جمهور الفقهاء إلى عدم صحة هذا العقد وأجازه البعض، وفصل البعض الآخر... فقمت باستقراء آراء الفقهاء وأدلتهم مستفرغاً الوسع في المقارنة بينها وترجح لدي جواز المضاربة بها لأنها أثمان حقيقة ما دام التعامل بها وجرى العرف العام بذلك.	en_US
