ABSTRACT
This study aims at identifying university students' points of view regarding human relations between
students and faculty staff members at the university to show similarities and differences between their
images regarding these relations and to understand how students at Hebron and Bethlehem universities
look at them.
The analytical descriptive methodology, in addition to content analysis was used and a sample of 243
students from both universities was chosen.
The results showed that, human stances between students and academic staff members in Hebron and
Bethlehem universities was moderate. There was a similarity between students of Bethlehem and Hebron
universities towards human relations with 63% positive for each. There are significant differences between
students' point of view on human relations between students and academic staff members. In addition to
that, there are statistical significant differences between the point of view of students in humanities and
scientific colleges but showed no statistical differences between them on human relations.
The study results were discussed and interpreted in the light of previous studies and some
recommendations were presented.
