ضغط العمل وعلاقته بالاحتراق الوظيفي لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية

Abstract

هدفت الدّراسة إلى التّعرف على ضغطالعملوعلاقتهبالاحتراقالوظيفيلدىمعلّميالمرحلةالثّانوية، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفيّ الارتباطيّ، من خلال استبانة طبقت على عينة قوامها (298) من جميع معلمي المرحلة الثانوية في مديرية تربية وتعليم يطا. وأظهرت النّتائج أنّ مستوى ضغط العمل لدى معلّمي المرحلة الثّانوية في مديرية تربية وتعليم يطا جاءمتوسط، كما أظهرت النتائج أنّ مستوى الاحتراق الوظيفي لدى معلّمي المرحلة الثّانوية في مديرية تربية وتعليم يطا جاء متوسط، وبينت النتائج أيضاً أنه توجد علاقة إيجابية بين ضغط العمل والاحتراق الوظيفي لدى معلّمي المرحلة الثّانوية في مديرية تربية وتعليم يطا، كما أظهرت النّتائج أنّه لا توجد فروق بين متوسّطات ضغط العمل لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية في مديرية تربية وتعليم يطا تعزى إلى مُتغيرات(الجنس،التخصص،وسنوات الخدمة)، وأنّه توجد فروق بين متوسّطات ضغط العمل لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية في مديرية تربية وتعليم يطا تعزى إلى مُتغير المؤهل العلمي،لصالح حملة درجة الماجستير فأعلى،كما أشارت النتائج أنّه لا توجد فروق بين متوسّطات الاحتراق الوظيفي لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية في مديرية تربية وتعليم يطا تعزى إلى مُتغيرات(الجنس، والتخصص، وعدد سنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي). من خلال النتائج السابقة توصى الباحثة تنظيم وتخطيط المهام والأعمال المدرسية بشكل جيد. وتحديد الأولويات وتوزيع الوقت بين المهام المختلفة واستخدام تقنيات إدارة الوقت المناسبة، وتعزيز الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي من خلال توفير البرامج التي تدعم المعلمين في المدارس الثانوية من خلال ورش العمل والاستشارات الفردية ومساعدتهم على التعامل مع ضغوط العمل، والاستفادة من فرص التطوير المهني والتدريب لتعزيز المهارات وزيادة الثقة في العمل التدريسي، وتوفير موارد كافية وتخصيص وقت محدد للمعلمين للتحضير والتدريس وتخفيف الأعباء الإدارية عنهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: ضغط العمل، الاحتراق الوظيفي، مديرية تربية وتعليم يطا.

Abstract The study aimed to learn about the stress of work and its relationship to occupational combustion among secondary teachers, and the researcher used the descriptive curriculum by identifying a sample of 298 from all secondary teachers in the Directorate of Education and Yatta. Results showed that the level of work pressure of secondary school teachers in the Directorate of Education and Yatta Education was medium The results also showed that the level of functional combustion of secondary teachers in the Directorate of Education and Yatta Education was moderate, The results also showed that there is a positive correlation between work pressure and occupational combustion among secondary teachers in the Directorate of Education and Yatta and results showed that there were no differences between the average work pressure of secondary teachers in the Directorate of Education and Yatta attributable to variables (Sex, specialization, years of service), and there are also differences between the working pressure averages of secondary teachers in the Directorate of Education and Education of Yata attributable to the changing scientific qualification, For the benefit of the master's degree campaign and higher, as the results indicated, there are no differences between the occupational combustion averages of secondary teachers in the Directorate of Education and Education of Yatta attributable to variables (sex, specialization, number of years of experience and scientific qualification). Through previous findings the researcher recommends that the organization and planning of tasks and school work be well organized. Prioritize and allocate time between different tasks and use appropriate time management techniques and strengthening psychosocial support through the provision of programmers that support teachers in secondary schools through workshops and individual counseling and help them deal with work pressures, Take advantage of professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and increase confidence in teaching work and provide adequate resources and specific time for teachers to prepare, teach and reduce their administrative burden.
