واقع التعاون بين أولياء الأمور والإدارة المدرسية في المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في مديرية تربية وتعليم شمال الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين ومديري المدارس وأولياء الأمور The Reality of Cooperation Between Parents and School Administration In Basic Schools In North Hebron Education Directorate from Teachers, School principals' and Parents perspective إعداد: حنين خالد مقبل إشراف: د. سامي عدوان

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التعاون بين أولياء الأمور والإدارة المدرسية في المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في مديرية تربية وتعليم شمال الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين ومديري المدارس وأولياء الأمور،واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الكمي والكيفي(المختلط)، حيث تم تطبيق استبانة على عينة تكونت من (182) معلم ومعلمة، منهم (77) معلم و (105) معلمة، و (41) مدير ومديرة، منهم (15) مدير و (26) مديرة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، وتم إجراء مقابلة شخصية مع عينة قصدية من أولياء الأمور تكونت من (12) ولي/ة أمر، منهم(6) آباء و(6) أمهات. وتم التحقق من صدق الاستبانة من خلال صدق المحكمين وصدق البناء، كما تم التأكد من الثبات بطريقة الإتساق الداخلي باستخدام معادلة كرونباخ الفا، وطريقة التجزئة النصفية.وبعد إجراء المعالجة الإحصائية توصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع التعاون بين أولياء الأمور والإدارة المدرسية في المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في مديرية شمال الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين ومديري المدارس وأولياء الأمور كان بدرجة "متوسطة،" وجاءت مجالاتها مرتبة على النحو الاتي: الاتصال والتواصل،والمشاركة في العملية التعليمية، والمشاركة التطوعية، والمشاركة في المسؤولية الاجتماعية، والمشاركة في صنع القرار، وتقديم المساعدة المادية والمالية للمدرسة، وجميع هذه المجالات جاءت بدرجة "متوسطة" ما عدا مجالي (الاتصال والتواصل، والمشاركة في العملية التعليمية) جاءا بدرجة "مرتفعة".وقد تم قبول جميع فرضيات الدراسة بحيث أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع التعاون بين أولياء الأمور والإدارة المدرسية تُعزى الى متغيرات (جنس المدرسة، والمسمى الوظيفي، والجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخدمة). وأوصت الدراسة بتعزيز اهتمام وزارة التربية والتعليم بعملية التعاون بين أولياء الأمور والإدارة المدرسية، وتفعيل دور مجالس أولياء الأمور في العملية التعليمية، وعقد دورات تدريبية للإدارات المدرسية وللمعلمين حول كيفية التعاون الفعّال مع أولياء الأمور، وتوفير الدعم المالي للمدارس لزيادة حملات التعاون بين المدرسة وأولياء الأمور.

ملخص الدراسة باللغة الإنجليزية Abstract: This study aimed to identify the Reality of cooperation between parents and School Administration in Basic Schools In north Hebron education directorate from teachers, school principals, and parents'perspectives. This study used the mixed analytical descriptive approach (quantitative and qualitative), where a questionnaire was applied to (182) teachers, and (41) principals of public schools inNorth Hebron education directorate, who were selected by a random stratified method. A personal interviewwas conducted with a purposeful sample of parents consisted of (6) fathers and (6) mothers.The validity of the questionnaire was verified using the validity of the arbitrators and the validity of the construct. Its reliability was also confirmed using the internal consistency method using the Cronbach alpha reliability equation. The reliability was also calculated using the split-half method. After conducting statistical processingit was concluded that the study indicated that the reality of cooperation between parents and School Administration in Basic Schools In North Hebron education directorate from teachers, school principals, and parents' perspectiveswas of" moderate" degree, and its fields were arranged as follows: communication,Participation in the educational process, volunteer participation, participation in social responsibility, participation in decision-making, and providing material and financial assistance to the school, and all ofwhich ranked "moderately"excepttwo fields (communication and participation in the educational process) came at a "high" degree..All study hypotheses were accepted, as there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample’s responses to the reality of cooperation between parents and school administration due to the study variables (school gender,job title, gender,educational qualification andyears ofexperience). The study recommended enhancing the interest of the Ministry of Education in the process of cooperation between parents and school administration,activating the role of parents’ councils in the educational process, holding training courses for school administrations and teachers on how to effectively cooperate with parents, and providing financial support to schools to increase cooperation campaigns between schools and parents.
