مستوى القيادة الإيجابية لدى معلمي اللغة العربية في المدارس الحكومية الثانوية في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر مديريها

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى مستوى ممارسة القيادة الإيجابية لدى معلمي اللغة العربية في المدارس الحكومية الثانوية في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر مديريها تبعاً لمتغيرات (الجنس، المديرية، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة). واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدمت الباحثة أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، والتي تكوّنت من أربعة مجالات (العلاقات الإيجابية، التواصل الإيجابي، المعنى الإيجابي، المناخ الإيجابي)، وعدد فقراتها ( 20) فقرة , و تم اختيار عينة طبقية عشوائية قوامها (109) مديراً ومديرةً ، من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ (151) مديراً ومديرةً ، من مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية من مديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة الخليل الأربع وهي: (الخليل، وشمال الخليل، وجنوب الخليل، ويطا) في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي (2023/2024)، وأظهرت النتائج: وجود مستوى مرتفع من ممارسة القيادة الإيجابية لدى معلمي اللغة العربية في المدارس الحكومية الثانوية في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر مديريها ، مع عدم وجود فروق في مستوى ممارسة القيادة الإيجابية لدى معلمي اللغة العربية تعزى إلى متغير الجنس، والمديرية، وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي).

وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة ,جاءت أهم التوصيات: إجراء مزيد من الدراسات حول واقع ممارسة القيادة الإيجابية للمديرين والمشرفين التربويين، وإجراء دراسة للكشف عن متطلبات الاستمرار وتحسين درجة ممارسـة القيـادة الإيجابية في الميدان التعليمي، وإجراء دراسات للكشف عن علاقة القيادة الإيجابية ببعض المتغيـرات التنظيمية مثـل: سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، والسعادة الوظيفية، ورأس المال النفسي، والأمن الوظيفي...... الكلمات المفتاحية:

Abstract The level of Positive Leadership among Secondary Schools Arabic Language Teachers in Hebron Governorate Prepared by: Wisam Al_heeh Supervised by: Dr. Kamal Makhamra

This study aimed to identify the level of positive leadership practice among Arabic language teachers in public secondary schools in Hebron Governorate as perceived by principals due to the variables (gender, directorate, qualification, years of experience). The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method. A questionnaire was used to collect data which was consisted of four domains (positive relationships, positive communication, positive meaning, positive climate). A stratified random sample of (109) male and female teachers was selected from the study population of (151). Male and female principals from the four directorates of education in the Hebron Governorate, namely: (Hebron, North Hebron, South Hebron, and Yatta) in the first semester of the scholastic year (2023/2024). Results of the study showed a high degree of practicing Positive leadership among Arabic language teachers in public secondary schools in Hebron Governorate from the point of view of principals, with no differences in the level of positive leadership practice among Arabic language teachers due to the variables of gender, directorate, years of experience, and academic qualification). In light of the results of the study, the most important recommendations were: conducting further studies on the reality of practicing positive leadership for educational principals and supervisors, conducting a study to reveal the requirements for continuity and improving the degree of practicing positive leadership in the educational field, and conducting studies to reveal the relationship of positive leadership to some organizational variables such as: organizational citizenship behavior, job happiness, psychological capital, and job security.
