المنهج النبوي في الإصلاح الأسري "دراسة موضوعية في ضوء السنة النبوية"

Abstract

الملخص تناول هذا البحث موضوع الإصلاح الأسري في السنة النبوية، وهو جانب مهم من جوانب الحياة الاجتماعية والذي يخص الأسرة، وهو موضوع مهملأنه يعالج من خلال نصوص السُّنَّة النَّبويَّة الصالحة لكل زمان ومكان. وبسبب وجود الكثير من التحديات التي تهدد أمن الأسرة المسلمة واستقرارها كالإعلام الغربي الذي ينشر الرذيلة، وكذلك وجود مؤسسات غربية مدعومة لتدمير الأسرة المسلمة وثوابتها، والتي تدعو إلى الانحلال الخلقي تحت شعار الحرية، جمعت في دراستي بعض الأحاديث النبوية المبثوثة في كتب السنة والتي تعنى بموضوع الإصلاح الأسري من مصادره الأصيلة، وبينت المنهج النبوي في الاهتمام بالأسرة، والحفاظ عليها من التفكك والضياع، وعزوت الاحاديث النبوية الى مظانها من خلال الاعتماد على المنهجين الاستقرائي والتحليلي. وتحدثت هذه الدراسة عن أسس بناء الاسرة، وطرق وقايتها من التفكك، وتحدثت عن النزاعات الأسرية وحلولها. واشتملت هذه الدراسة على ما يأتي: الفصل الأول: إصلاح الأسرة وأسس بنائها، ويشتمل على ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: الإصلاح؛ مفهومه وأنواعه، وأهميته. المبحث الثاني: الأسرة، مفهومها وأسس بنائها، ونماذج تطبيقية على بنائها. المبحث الثالث: وقاية الأسرة من التفكك. الفصل الثاني: النزاعات الأسرية واقع وحلول، ويشتمل على مبحثين: المبحث الأول: جهات الإصلاح للنزاعات الأسرية. المبحث الثَّاني: نماذج من المشكلات الزوجية. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها أن الإسلام أحاط الأسرة بمجموعة من الأسس والتوجيهات التي تحافظ على أمنها واستقرارها، وأنَّه وضع قواعد متينة لإصلاحها وحل مشكلاتها داخليًا وخارجيًا، وإن تعسرت كل الحلول يبقى الطلاق حلًا أخيرًا لإنهاء الخلافات الأسرية، وأنّ هذه العناية الفائقة التي حظيت بها الأسرة لم تحظَ بها في دين من الأديان ولا حتى في القوانين الوضعية.

Abstract This study targeted the topic of Family Reconciliation in Al-Sunnah Al-Nabawiah, as it is an important aspect of social life that matter the family concept. Besides, it is important for being tackled through the scripts of Al-Sunnah Al-Nabawiah that are valid for all times and places. Because of the heavy presence of challenges that threatens the structure and safety of the Muslim Family like the western media that spreads vice. Also because of the existence of western supported organizations to destroy the bond of the Muslim Family, which calls for moral degeneracy under the freedom claim, the researcher collected some of the Hadiths, which are in the core of the matter of Family Reconciliation from their original sources. Additionally، the researcher emphasized the prophetic approach in taking care of the Family and in keeping it away from disintegration and alienation. The researcher attributed the Hadiths to their places through inductive and analytical approaches. The study addressed the foundations of constructing a family and the ways of protecting it from disintegration. It also, talked about the familial conflicts and its solutions. Having said that, the paper contained the following: Chapter 1: Family Reconciliation and its construction foundations، and it addresses three dimensions. First: Reconciliation and its definition، types and importance. Second: Family and its definition, construction foundations and a number of applicable models on its construction. Third: Family protection of disintegration. Chapter 2: Family conflicts reality and solutions; it talks about two dimensions; First: Familial conflicts reconciliation parties. Second: A number of familial conflicts models. One of the most important results the researcher has found is that Islam surrounded the Family by a group of foundations and directions that would keep its safety and stability. Islam also put solid rules for fixing the Family's problems internally and externally. Yet, if no solutions work out، one remains the only way of ending the struggles، which is Divorce. Moreover, there has been no treatment to the Family in any religion and human laws like Islam did and still does.
