Abstract

واقع الخدمات النفسية في مراكز الصحة النفسية في مخيمات اللاجئين الفلسطينيين إعداد الطالب: محمد الدرباشي إشراف د. إبراهيم مصري المُلخّص بالعربية هدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع الخدمات النفسية في مراكز الصحة النفسية في مخيمات اللاجئين الفلسطينيين، واستعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفيّ التحليلي في دراسته، ولجمع البيانات وتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة التي تم تطبيقها على (228) من المنتفعين من الخدمات النفسية في المخيمات الفلسطينية في محافظتي الخليل وبيت لحم. توصلت الدراسة إلى أَنَّ واقع الخدمات النفسية في مراكز الصحة النفسية في مخيمات اللاجئين الفلسطينيين كان بدرجة مرتفعة، وتبين أَنَّ واقع الخدمات النفسية المقدمة لأسرة المنتفعين في مراكز الصحة النفسية في المخيمات الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر عينة من المنتفعين كان مرتفعاً، وأشارت النتائج إلى أنه لا توجد فروق واقع الخدمات النفسية في مراكز الصحة النفسية في مخيمات اللاجئين الفلسطينيين تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، كما أظهرت النتائج أنه توجد فروق لمتغير المخيم وكانت الفروق لصالح سكان المخيمات (الدهيشة والعروب) مقابل مخيم الفوار، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق لمتغير العمر وكانت الفروق لصالح ذوي الأعمار (16-30 سنة). وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق واقع الخدمات النفسية في مراكز الصحة النفسية في مخيمات اللاجئين الفلسطينيين تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي وكانت الفروق لصالح حملة المؤهل العلمي دبلوم فأكثر، وأشارت أيضاً إلى وجود فروق لمتغير عدد أفراد الأسرة وكانت الفروق لصالح ذوي عدد أفراد الأسرة (5 أفرد فأقل، و6-10 أفرد). الكلمات المفتاحية: الخدمات النفسية، مراكز الصحة النفسية، المخيمات الفلسطينية

Abestact: The study aimed to identify the reality of psychological services in mental health centers in Palestinian refugee camps. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method in his study. To collect data and achieve the objectives of the study, reliance was placed on the questionnaire that was applied to (228) beneficiaries of psychological services in the Palestinian camps in my governorate. Hebron and Bethlehem. The study found that the reality of psychological services in mental health centers in Palestinian refugee camps was high. It was found that the reality of psychological services provided to the families of beneficiaries in mental health centers in Palestinian camps from the point of view of a sample of beneficiaries was high. The results indicated that there were no differences. The reality of psychological services in mental health centers in Palestinian refugee camps according to the sex variable. The results also showed that there were differences for the camp variable and the differences were in favor of the residents of the camps (Dheisheh and Arroub) versus Al-Fawar camp. The results also showed that there were differences for the age variable and the differences were in favor of those aged (16). -30 years). The results indicated that there were differences in the reality of psychological services in mental health centers in Palestinian refugee camps according to the educational qualification variable, and the differences were in favor of those with an educational qualification of diploma or more. They also indicated that there were differences in the number of family members variable, and the differences were in favor of those with the number of family members (5 people or less, And 6-10 individuals).
