Abstract

ملخص البحث بالعربية أطروحة دكتوراه بعنوان التطبيع مع الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في منظور الشريعة الإسلامية تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبصير الباحثين، وطلاب العلم، والساسة، وولاة الأمر، بموضوع التطبيع مع الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، في هذه الظروف التي تعيشها الأمة الإسلامية، في ظل عدم وجود دراسة علمية رصينة، تجمع شتات هذا الموضوع، وتناقشه مناقشة علمية هادئة، وذلك من خلال بسط ومناقشة القضايا التيتتعلق بالعلاقة بين المسلمين، وغيرهم، في المفهوم الإسلامي، وحقيقة التطبيع مع الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ونشأته وأهدافه،ومجالاته وأنواعه، وآثاره على العرب والمسلمين، ومن خلال بيان الموقف الإسلامي والعربي، الرسمي، والشعبي، منه، وبيان حكمه وسبل مواجهته. تتكون هذه الرسالة من مقدمة وثمانية فصول وخاتمة، تناول الفصل الأول:علاقة المسلمين بغيرهم من الأمم الأخرى، وتناول الفصل الثاني: حقيقة التطبيع مع الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، ونشأته، وأهدافه، كما تناول تعريفاً مختصراً بالاحتلال الإسرائيلي، وتناول الفصل الثالث: أنواع التطبيع مع الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، ووسائله،وتناول الفصل الرابع: شد الرحال إلى المسجد الأقصى، وعلاقته بالتطبيع،وتناول الفصل الخامس آثار التطبيع مع الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على العرب والمسلمين، في القضايا السياسية، والدينية، والثقافية، والأمنية، والاجتماعية، وتناول الفصل السادس: الموقف الإسلامي والعربي الرسمي والشعبي من التطبيع مع الاحتلال الإسرائيلي،وتناول الفصل السابع: حكم التطبيع مع الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، وتناول الفصل الثامن: مواجهة التطبيع مع الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، من خلال رفضه، ومقاومته، وإحياء المقاطعة العربية للاحتلال. من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث: - التطبيع هو اختراق صهيوني للعالمين العربي والإسلامي، للهيمنة على مفاصل الحياة السياسية، والاقتصادية، والثقافية، والإعلامية، وترويض الشعوب والأنظمة على قبول المحتل، والرضوخ لإملاءاته، والسعي في مرضاته. - ما يجري في هذا الزمان مع اليهود من معاهدات ليس من قبيل الهدنة الشرعية، لافتقارها إلى شروط الهدنة الشرعية، ولأنها لا تتفق مع قواعد الملة، ولا تحقق أياً من شروط الموادعة، ولا تحقق أياً من المصالح للمسلمين، ولم تدرأ أياً من المفاسد عنهم. -التطبيع بضاعة إسرائيلية خالصة، تمكن من خلاله من تحقيق أهداف حيوية، عجزت الحروب عن فرضها، وتحقيقها، فالقوة لم تستطع دمج دولة اليهود في المنطقة، كما عجزت عن توفير احتياجاتها المطلوبة من خلال جيرانها، لضمان استمرارها على هذه الأرض، وقدرتها على البقاء. - شكلت اتفاقية أوسلو جسراً للتطبيع الرسمي العربي، حيث سارع عدد من الدول العربية في المغرب العربي، ودول الخليج، كعُمان، وقطر، والإمارات العربية، وموريتانيا، وجيبوتي لتطبيع العلاقات مع المحتل الإسرائيلي، كما فتحت اتفاقية أوسلو الباب على مصراعيه، لعشرات الدول في العالم لتقيم علاقات مع الاحتلال. - الكيان الصهيوني كيان استيطاني توسعي عدواني، أقامه الغرب على أرض المسلمين في فلسطين، وما حولها، ودعمه بكل أسباب الحياة، والقوة، والتفوق، لتحقيق مصالح مشتركة بينهما. - الغرب بجميع دوله المتعاطف مع الكيان الصهيوني، والمعادي للمسلمين والعرب، هو الذي يدير استراتيجية التطبيع، بالتنسيق مع الكيان الصهيوني، وبالأخص الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.

A Ph. D. Dissertation-Summary Normalization of relations between Muslims and Israel from the Islamic Sharia perspective The purpose of this study is to enlighten academics, Sharia students, politicians, as well as the Muslim masses in the Arab- Muslim world about the perils of normalizing relations with the Zionist entity of Israel, especially in the present circumstances. Needless to say, the nearly complete absence of any credible academic study covering the subject from every conceivable perspective and dimension makes this work quite indispensable. Indeed. a truly credible study of this subject would have to delve rather deeply into the nature of relations between Muslims and other nations. Moreover, The study must examine, analyze and synthesize the nature of normalization with the Israeli occupation entity from the very inception, its explicit and implicit short and long-term goals, the fields of normalization, its various types and manifestations, means, and tactics used to realize normalization and the overall direct and potential impacts upon Arabs and Muslims. This study will present the official stance of Arab regimes and the prevailing attitudes of the masses vis-à-vis this matter. Finally, the study will present the authentic Islamic stance on normalization with Israel while proposing an adequate approach to confront and thwart this calamity. Content of the study: This study consists of an introduction and eight chapters as well as a brief conclusion. The first chapter discusses the nature of relations between Muslims and non-Muslims. The second chapter looks into the reality and essence of normalization between Muslims and the belligerent Zionist occupation entity, Israel, discussing formative stages of normalization and its goals. A general overview of the Israeli occupation of Palestine is also provided. The third chapter discusses the diverse types of normalization occurring and the means and tactics used to promote it in each case. The fourth chapter discusses normalization's impact on the paramount status of the Aqsa Mosque being one of the three Islamic sanctuaries to which a pilgrimage is prescribed (the other two Mosques are the Prophet Mosque in Madina and the Sacred Mosque in Makka). The fifth chapter examines the overall effects of normalization with Israel on the Arab world in political, religious, cultural, security, and social fields. The sixth chapter discusses the official stance of Arab regimes as well as attitudes of the masses in this regard. The seventh chapter presents and explains the jurisprudential view of the Islamic Sharia, which has an uncompromising stance on this matter of normalization with the apartheid entity. Thus, absolute rejection and resistance characterize the Sharia perception on normalization with Israel. The eighth chapter discusses the most appropriate ways and means of confronting normalization and boycotting it very severely. Results of the study: 1- The normalized relations between Muslims and Zionist Jews can't be considered a legitimate peace or Hudna (truce) from the Sharia perspective due to the complete absence of Sharia-compatible terms, clauses, conditions, and restrictions Moreover, the normalization process is starkly incompatible with cardinal Islamic laws and rules governing the Muslim Umma. More to the point, the normalization agreements between Israel and some Arab regimes have not led to any positive transformation in the normalizers' life. In fact, one wouldn't make an overstatement by saying that the opposite is true. Nor has normalization led to the occurrence of any genuine of peace, or semblance of peace, or even reduced Israeli hostility, bellicosity, recalcitrance, insolence, and aggression, as the pariah apartheid state continued to murder, maim and torment Muslims almost on a daily basis. Nor has any of the normalizers been able to ward off harms, risks, and hazards that increased their vulnerability. 2- There is no doubt that normalization is a serious Zionist infiltration of the Arab-Muslim Umma , and is designed to spread Zionist hegemony over political, economic, cultural, and communicational organs in the Muslim world by way of desensitizing, coaxing, and cajoling Muslims, people and governments alike, to accept the Israeli occupation of Palestine as an indelible fact that must prompt Muslims to budge to Zionist dictates. 3- Normalization is an exclusively Israeli commodity through which Israel hopes to realize certain vital goals the Zionist state couldn't achieve or impose by war, like integrating Israel in the Middle East and achieving a sort of economic supremacy at the expense of Muslim countries. 4- There is absolutely no doubt that the hapless Oslo Accords between Israel and the PLO created a bridge for normalization between the Jewish state and many Arab states including Morocco, Mauritania, Oman. Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Djibouti, and now Saudi Arabia. Moreover, the scandalous agreement left the door wide open for many states, Muslim and non-Muslim, to normalize with the apartheid Israeli state. 5- The Zionist entity is a belligerent, imperialistic, and expansionist state created by the West for the purpose of exploiting and controlling the Muslim world. 6- The UK bears the main responsibility for the Palestine tragedy as it gave Palestine to the Zionist movement on a silver platter. Thus, the infamous Balfour Declaration still represents the original sin as it implanted the seed of what is now an evil Nazi-like entity, practicing racism, apartheid, bellicosity, and Lebensraum. 7- The West, with all of its states, is identifying with and embracing Israel. It is the West that is sponsoring and leading the normalizing process 8- There are many goals that can't be reached through military force. Thus, normalization between Arabs and Israel is one way through which some of these goals can be reached.
