التدفق النفسي وعلاقته بالطموح الأكاديمي لدى عينة من طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعات محافظة الخليل

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى العلاقة بين التدفق النفسي والطموح الأكاديمي لدى عينة من طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعات محافظة الخليل، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعات محافظة الخليل البالغ عددهم (1335) طالباً وطالبةً، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة تكونت من (188) طالباً وطالبةً تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية المتاحة، واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس التدفق النفسي، ومقياس الطموح الأكاديمي. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى التدفق النفسي لدى عينة من طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعات محافظة الخليل كان عالياً، وأن مستوى الطموح الأكاديمي لديهم كان عالياً، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين التدفق النفسي وبين الطموح الأكاديمي لدى عينة من طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعات محافظة الخليل، حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط للعلاقة بينهما (0.75) بدلالة إحصائية (0.00)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات مستوى التدفق النفسي لدى عينة من طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعات محافظة الخليل تعزى لمتغيرات: (الجنس، التخصص، الجامعة، الحالة الاجتماعية)، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات مستوى الطموح الأكاديمي لدى عينة من طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعات محافظة الخليل تعزى لمتغير الجنس، لصالح الإناث، ولمتغير الجامعة، لصالح جامعة الخليل، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات مستوى الطموح الأكاديمي لدى عينة من طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعات محافظة الخليل تعزى لمتغيري التخصص ، والحالة الاجتماعية. وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، خرجت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: على القائمين على العملية التعليمية في الجامعات العمل على المحافظة على مستوى التدفق النفسي لدى الطلبة والمحافظة عليه من خلال توفير العوامل في البيئة التعليمية التي تعمل على زيادة التدفق النفسي ومستوى الطموح الأكاديمي لدى طلبة المدارس والجامعات. الكلمات المفتاحية: التدفق النفسي، الطموح الأكاديمي، طلبة الدراسات العليا، جامعات محافظة الخليل.

Abstract The study aimed to identify the relationship between psychological flow and academic ambition among a sample of postgraduate students in the universities of Hebron Governorate. The researcher used the relational descriptive approach, and the study population consisted of all postgraduate students in the universities of Hebron Governorate, who numbered (1335) male and female students, and the study was conducted on a sample of (188) students, available sample, and the study used the psychological flow meter and the academic ambition scale, and the results showed that the level of psychological flow among a sample of graduate students in the universities of Hebron Governorate was large, and that the level of academic ambition they had was great. The results also showed the existence of a positive statistically significant positive relationship between psychological flow and academic ambition among a sample of graduate students in the universities of Hebron Governorate, where the correlation coefficient of the relationship between them reached (0.75) in statistical significance (0.00). The study found that there were no statistically significant differences between the average levels of psychological flow among a sample of graduate students in the universities of Hebron Governorate due to variables: (gender, specialization, university, marital status). The study also found that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the level of academic ambition among a sample of graduate students in the universities of the Hebron Governorate due to the gender variable, in favor of females, and to the university variable, in favor of Hebron University. The study found that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the level of academic ambition among a sample of graduate students in the universities of Hebron Governorate due to the variables of specialization and marital status. In light of the findings of the study, the researcher came up with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: hose in charge of the educational process in universities should work to maintain the level of psychological flow among students by providing factors in the educational environment that work to increase psychological flow and the level of academic ambition among students.
