Abstract

دور معلّمي المرحلة الأساسيّة الدنيا (1-4) في توعية التلاميذ بمفاهيمالثقافة الصحية بمديرية تربية وتعليم يطا وسبل تحسينه من وجهة نظرهم. ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة الحاليّة إلى التعرّف دور معلمي المرحلة الأساسيّة الدنيا (1-4) في توعية التلاميذ بمفاهيم الثقافة الصحية بمديرية تربية وتعليم يطا, وسبل تحسينه من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا من (1_4) والمعلمات في مديرية تربية وتعليم يطا من الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي (2019-2020)، والبالغ عددهم (582) معلّماً ومعّلمةمنهم (236) معلماً و(346) مُعلّمةً. وأجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية طبقية بلغت (235) وبنسبة (40%) من مجتمع الدراسة، حيث تم توزيع أداة الدراسة عليهم، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفيّ التحليلي، وطورت استبانة مكونة من (30) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات جرى التأكد من صدقها وثباتها, بالطرق الاحصائية الملائمة. وتوصلّت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أنّ دور معلمي المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا (1-4) في توعية التلاميذ بمفاهيم الثقافة الصحية من وجهة نظرهم جاء بدرجة متوسطة في جميع مجالاته،بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05 ) بين متوسطات تقديرات معلّميالمرحلة الأساسية الدنيا (1-4) لدورهم في توعية التلاميذ بمفاهيم الثقافة الصحية بمديرية تربية وتعليم يطا تعزى إلى متغيّرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات أهمها: - تدريب المعلمين على برامج الوعي الصحي ليكونوا قدوة حسنة للتلاميذ في سلوكهم الصحي. - إجراء دراسة حول دور الادارة المدرسية في توعية الطلاب بمفاهيم الثقافة الصحية.

Abstract: The Role of Teachers of Lower Basic Grades(1-4) in Raising Students’ Awareness of Health Education Concepts in Yatta Directorate of Education, and Ways of Improving it from their Perspective Prepared by: Ghada Kamal Makhmara Supervisor: Dr. Manal Abu Munshar The present study aimed to identify the role of teachers in the lower primary stage (1-4) in raising students’ awareness of the concepts of health education in Yatta Directorate of Education and ways of improving it from teachers’ point of view. Population of the study consisted of all teachers of the lower primary stage (1-4) in Yatta Directorate of Education in the second semester of the scholastic year 2019-2020. Their number was 582 teachers: 236 male teachers and 346 female teachers. To conduct the study, a stratified random sample of 235subjects that forms 40% of the population of the study. The researcher used the descriptive approach developing a questionnaire consisted of 30 items distributed into five domains whose validity and reliability were verified by appropriate statistical methods . The study found the following results: The role of the lower basic stage teachers (1-4) in raising students’ awareness of the concepts of health education from their point of view was of a medium degree in all its fields. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤0.05) between the means of the teachers’ estimates of the lower basic stage (1-4) for their role in raising students’ awareness of the concepts of health education in the Yatta Directorate of Education that are attributable to the gender variable, academic qualification, and years of experience. The study concluded the following recommendations: - Training teachers on health awareness programs to set a good example for students in their healthy behavior. - 6. Conducting a study on the role of the school administration in raising students’ awareness of the concepts of health education.
