Abstract: ملخص الدراسة بقيت الأندلس إحدى الولايات التابعة للدولة الأموية، وامتدت فترة الدولة الأموية في بلاد الشام بالمشرق أربعين عاماً، وبعد سقوط الدولة الأموية وقيام الدولة العباسية قام عبد الرحمن بن معاوية بن هشام بن عبد الملك المُلقب بعبد الرحمن الداخل، من الفرار إلى افريقيا ومن ثم إلى الأندلس، واستطاع تكوين جيش والسيطرة على الأندلس وجعلها دولةً مستقلة عن الدولة العباسية في المغرب، وهذه الدولة التي أسسها عبد الرحمن الداخل استمرت ما يقارب ثلاثة قرون. سيطر عبد الرحمن الداخل على الأندلسوجعلها دولة أموية في الغرب،حيث اعتمد في قيامها على السياسة والقوة العسكرية طيلة المدة التي حكم فيها عبد الرحمن وغيره من الأمراء الذين خلفوا الداخل، وكانت الأندلس في فترة حُكم الداخل وحتى حُكم الناصر قد شهدت تطورات مهمة سواء على الصعيد السياسي أوالعسكري فعلى الصعيد السياسي أعلنت استقلالها عن الدولة العباسية في بلاد الشام، أما على الصعيد العسكري ما شهدته من تنظيمات وتطورات جعلت من الدولة الأموية في الأندلس تعتمد اعتماداً أساسياً على الجيش للحفاظ على كيانها وخصائصها وحدودها الجغرافية. واجه أمراء بني أمية في الأندلس عدة صعوبات كادت أن تضعفهم وتقضي عليهم، على سبيل المثال افتقار الحكم الأموي إلى نظام ثابت لنقل السلطة، فلم يكن لديهم نظام متفق عليه لانتقال الحكم، فعدم وجود مثل هذا النظام يسبب أزمات سياسية واضطرابات اجتماعية وثورات داخلية كثيرة، فكانت مشكلة ولاية العهد على مر العصور من الأسباب التي أدت إلى خلل في الأنظمة الاسلامية المختلفة ومن ثم سقوطها، مما أدى إلىاستغلال الأعداء الخلافات في البيت الأموي وانشغال الأمراء الأمويين بالحفاظ على سلطانهم وتحالفوا مع الثوار الخارجين عن السلطة الأموية للتوسع على حساب الأراضي الإسلامية، مما أدى لضياع مناطق واسعة. بالإضافة لهذه المصاعب والأخطار المحيطة بالإمارة الأموية في الأندلس والتي كانت على جبهتين داخلية وخارجية، حيث تمثلت الداخلية بالفتن والتمردات والاضطرابات داخل الأندلس، والتي اختلفت أسبابها فمنها ما كان يخطط باستمرار لإنهاء الوجود العربي من الأندلس مثل ثورات المولدين، ومنها ما كان لأصحابها رغبة في الاستقلال عن الحكم المركزي إذ شكلت هذه الثورات خطراً كبيراً على الدولة الأموية في الأندلس. أما فيما يخص التحديات الخارجية فكانت متعددة، فمنها الممالك النصرانية في الشمال رغم ما تخللته من فترات سلم وعلاقات دبلوماسية، وقد عرفت بلاد الأندلس تحدياً لم يسبق أن تعاملت معه، تمثل بالخطر النورماني، حيث جاءت هذه الشعوب من أقصى شمال أوروبا راغبة في الحصول على مناطق للاستقرار، وعرفت هذه الشعوب موجة من التوسعات في أواخر القرن التاسع الميلادي ووصل نفوذهم إلى الأراضي الأندلسية، وكان أول ظهور لهم في عهد الأمير عبد الرحمن بن الحكم (206-238هـ / 821- 852م) والذي كان مباغتاً لسكان بلاد الأندلس لجهلهم لهذه الشعوب، وبقي الخطر قائماً إلى عهد الحكم المستنصر (350-366هـ / 961-987م). بالإضافة للأخطار الخارجية خطر الفرنجة الذي كان يعد تهديداً قوياً من الخارج للدولة الأموية في الأندلس وما حلّ بها بعد أن توفي الأمير عبد الرحمن الداخل، وتولي ابنه هشام الحُكم من بعده، قام الفرنجة على سياستهم القديمة وهي الاستغلال والسيطرة وإضعاف قوة الأمويين في الأندلس، وأيضاً شجعوا البعض للتمردعلى حُكم قرطبة، وقام أمراء بني أمية بالوقوف أمام الأطماع الفرنجية بالقوة العسكرية أحياناً وبالدبلوماسية أحياناً أخرى. أما البيزنطيين فتميزت العلاقات بالود والصداقة فتم ارسال سفارات وتم تبادل الهدايا بين الطرفين وأرسل حاكم القسطنطينية سفارة وهدايا قيمة للأمير عبد الرحمن الثاني، وكان لديهم هدف مشترك وهو القضاء على العباسيين والربضيين. Abstract Abstract Andalusia remained one of the states belonging to the Umayyad state, and the period of the Umayyad state in the Levant in the East extended for forty years, and after the fall of the Umayyad state and the establishment of the Abbasid state, Abd AL-Rahman bin Muawiya bin Hisham bin Abed AL-Malik, known as Abd AL-Rahman the interior, from the decision to Africa and then to Andalusia and he was able to from an army and control Andalusia and make it an independent state from the Abbasid state in Morocco, and this state that was founded by the inside lasted for nearly three centuries, Abd AL-Rahman AL-Dakhil controlled Andalusia and made it an Umayyad state in the west and it is relied on politics and military power throughout the period during which Abd AL-Rahman and other religious princes succeeded the interior, and Andalusia during the period of internal rule and until the rule of Nasser had witnessed important developments, both at the political level or on the military level: on the political level, it declared its independence from the Abbasid state in the Levant, snd on the military level, what it witnessed in terms of systems and developments that made the Umayyad state in Andalusia reliant on the army to preserve its entity, characteristics and geographical borders. The Umayyad princes in Andalus faced several difficulties that almost became weakening them and eliminating them, for example, the Umayyad rules lack of Taits system of transferring power. They didn’t have an agreed-up on system for transferring power, so the lack of such a system due to political crises, social unrest and many internal revolutions, so reason that led to the defect in the different Islamic regimes and then their fall, which led to the enemies taking advantage of the differences in the Umayyad princes being preoccupied with there influence over their authority, and they eng aged with them. The revolutionaries outside the Umayyad authority to expand at the expense of Islamic lands, which led to the loss of large areas. In addition to this, the difficulties and dangers surrounding the Umayyad emirate in Andalusia, which were internal and external, where the Interior was filled with strife, rebellions, and unrest inside Andalusia, the causes of which differed , including what was constantly planning to end the existence of Andalusia like the Torats of the Moulids. And some of them had a desire for Arab independence from the central government, as these revolutions posed a great threat to the Umayyad state in Andalusia. As for external challenges, there were multiple summits of the Christian kingdoms in the north, despite the peace periods and diplomatic relations that they had dissolved, and Andalusia knew a challenge that didn’t deal with it that represented the Burmese danger, as these people came from the far north of Europe and took care of obtaining areas of stability, and they knew these people were a wave of expansions in the late ninth century Ad and their first appearance was during the reign of Prince Abd AL-Rahman bin AL_Hakam (206-238 AH/ 821-852 AD), Who was asurpise to the inhabitants of Andalusia due to their ignorance of these people, and the danger remained to The era of AL-Mustansir rule (350-366AH/961-987AD). In addition to the external dangers, the threat of the Franks, which was considered a strong threat from abroad to the Umayyad state in Andalusia, and what happened to it after the death of prince. Abd AL-Rahman the inside, and his father Hisham assumed power after him, the Franks adopted their policy. The ancient leaders, which are the oppression, control ,and weakening of the Umayyad power in Andalusia, and also encouraged some to rebel against the rule of Cordoba, and the Umayyad princes stood before the horny ambitions of military force sometimes and diplomacy at other times, while the Byzantines were dead. The relations increased with friendship and friendship, so embassies were sent, gifts were exchanged between the two parties, and the governor of Constantinople sent an embassy and valuable gifts to prince Abd AL Rahman 11,and they had a common goal, which is to eliminate the Abbasids and Rabbis.
