Abstract: ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى الرّضا الوظيفي وعلاقته بمستوى الطموح لدى المستشارين التربويين في المدارس العربية في النقب، وتحقيق الأهداف الفرعية المتمثلة بالتعرف على مستوى الرضا الوظيفي، ومستوى الطموح لدى المستشارين التربويين في المدارس العربية في النقب. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي ، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات، كما جرى التحقق من صدقها وثباتها بالطرق الاحصائية، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (154) مرشداً ومرشدة، وجاءت الدراسة شاملة لجميع افراد عينة الدراسة. اظهرت النتائج ان تقديرات افراد مجتمع الدراسة لمستوى الرّضا الوظيفي كانت عالية في جميع المجالات بمتوسط حسابي للدرجة الكلية (4.44) وانحراف معياري (0.15), كما اظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في قيم المتوسطات الحسابية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح (6-10)، كذلك نوع المدرسة لصالح المرحلة الابتدائية. كما أظهرت النتائج أن تقديرات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة لمستوى الطموح جاء بدرجة عالية بمتوسط حسابي للدرجة الكلية (4.31) وانحراف معياري (0.25)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في قيم المتوسطات الحسابية تعزى لمتغير (الجنس لصالح الذكور، وسنوات الخبرة لصالح 11 سنة فأكثر، ونوع المدرسة لصالح المدرسة الثانوية. كما تبين أنّ هناك علاقة طردية موجبة دالة احصائياً بين الرّضا الوظيفي ومستوى الطموح لدى المستشارين التربويين في مدينة النقب. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة توصل الباحث إلى عدد من التوصيات منها: 1- الاستمرار في توفير الإمكانيات المادية والاحتياجات اللازمة لعمل للمستشار التربوي ليستمر في بذل الجهد المتعلق بالعمل الإرشادي في منطقة النقب. 2- رفع مستوى الحوافز المخلتفة للمستشارين التربويين الذين يرشدون المرحلة الاعدادية كون هذه المرحلة مهمة ومفصلية في حياة الطالب وتستلزم من المستشار ان يبذل المزيد من الجهد. Abstract This study aims to investigative job satisfaction and its relationship with educational supervisors’ level of ambition in the Arab School in the Negev. It also aims to reveal the differences in job satisfaction and its relationship with the level of ambition in according to the variables (sex, years of experience, and the type of school). The researcher used the correlative descriptive methodology, with the questionnaire as the tool to collect the study data. The questionnaire was verified and proved statistically. The sample of the study consisted of 154 male and female supervisors who were all included in the sample. The findings showed that the estimation of the study sample regarding the job satisfaction level was high in all fields with a mean of 4.44 and a standard deviation of 0.15. The findings also showed differences in the mean values attributed to the years of experience variable in favor of 6-10 years, and the type of the school in favor with the elementary stage. The findings also showed that the estimation of the study sample regarding the level of ambition was also high with a total mean of 4.31 and a standard deviation of 0.25. The results also showed differences in the mean values attributed to the variable of sex in favor of men, and the years of experience for 11 years and more, and the type of school in favor of the secondary school. There was a statistically correlative and positive relationship between the job satisfaction and the level of ambition for educational supervisors in the Negev City. 1. In light of the study findings, the researcher recommends: 1 Continue to provide necessary material and potentials needs for the educational advisor to exert efforts related to the educational work in Negev area. 2 Increase the level of various incentives offered for educational advisors who guide students in their elementary stage as it is important for students who need to exert more extensive efforts.
