فاعلية الذات وعلاقتها بدافعية الانجاز ومستوى الطموح لدى عينة من طلبة مدارس التعليم المهني بمحافظة الخليل

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف إلى فاعلية الذات وعلاقتها بدافعية الإنجاز ومستوى الطموح، والكشف عن الفروق في فاعلية الذات ودافعية الإنجاز ومستوى الطموح لدى عينة من طلبة مدارس التعليم المهني بمحافظة الخليل تبعاً لمتغيرات: (الجنس، والتخصص، والصف)، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة المدارس المهنية في محافظة الخليل، والبالغ عددهم (781) طالباً وطالبة. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي من خلال عينة ضمت (193) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة مدارس التعليم المهني في محافظة الخليل، اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وطبقت الباحثة في الدراسة الأدوات الآتية: مقياس فاعلية الذات، واستبانة مستوى الطموح من إعداد الباحثة. وتم التحقق من الصدق باستخدام (الصدق الظاهري وصدق الاتساق الداخلي)، والثبات باستخدام (الثبات بطريقة ألفا كرونباخ، والاتساق الداخلي) وتمتع المقياس بدرجة عالية من الصدق والثبات. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين فاعلية الذات وبين دافعية الإنجاز ومستوى الطموح لطلبة المدارس المهنية في محافظة الخليل، إذ بلغ معامل الارتباط (0.646)، (0.586) على التوالي. كما بينت النتائج أن درجة فاعلية الذات، ومستوى الطموح لدى طلبة المدارس المهنية في محافظة الخليل جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، بينما كانت درجة دافعية الإنجاز لدى طلبة المدارس المهنية في محافظة الخليل بدرجة كبيرة، في حين أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≤ ) في متوسطات درجات فاعلية الذات، ودرجات دافعية الإنجاز، ومستوى الطموح لدى طلبة المدارس المهنية في محافظة الخليل تعزى لمتغير الجنس، حيث كانت الفروق لصالح الذكور، والتخصص، لصالح التخصص الصناعي، والصف، لصالح طلبة الصف الحادي عشر. وتوصى الدراسة بعقد ورشات عمل وندوات ولقاءات ثقافية وتربوية للطلبة لتوعيتهم وزيادة دافعيتهم ومستوى طموحاتهم. الكلمات المفتاحية للدراسة: فاعلية الذات، دافعية الإنجاز، مستوى الطموح، التعليم المهني.

Abstract Self-Efficacy Relationship to Achievement Motivation and Ambition Level among a Sample of Vocational Education Schools in Hebron Governorate

The aim of this study was to identify the effectiveness of the self and its relationship to the motivation of achievement and the level of ambition, and to reveal the differences in self efficacy, motivation and achievement level of ambition among a sample of students of vocational education schools in Hebron governorate, according to the variables: sex, specialization and grade. (781) students in the Hebron Governorate. The study used the descriptive descriptive method by means of a sample of (193) students from vocational education schools in Hebron Governorate, who were selected by the simple random method. The researcher applied the following tools: Self-efficacy measure and the level of ambition of the researcher. Authenticity has been verified using (the apparent honesty and truthfulness of internal consistency), stability using (alpha-cronbach persistence, and internal consistency) and the scale is highly reliable and consistent. The results showed a positive correlation between the self-efficacy and achievement motivation and the level of ambition for vocational school students in Hebron Governorate. The coefficient of correlation was (0.646) and (0.586), respectively. The results showed that the degree of self-efficacy and the level of aspiration among students in vocational schools in the Hebron governorate came to a moderate level, while the achievement motivation of students in vocational schools in Hebron governorate was very high, while the results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in the averages of self-efficacy, achievement achievement scores, and the level of ambition among students in vocational schools in Hebron governorate due to the gender variable. The differences were in favor of males and specialization in favor of industrial specialization and grade for 11th grade students. The study recommends holding workshops, seminars and cultural and educational meetings for students to raise awareness, increase their motivation and level of ambitions.
