Abstract

التّوجهات القصديّة وعلاقتها بالانفتاح نحو الخبرة لدى عينة من المرشدين التربويين في محافظة الخليل ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى استقصاء العلاقة الارتباطيّة بين التّوجهات القصديّة والانفتاح نحو الخبرة لدى عينة من المرشدين التربويين في محافظة الخليل للعام الدّراسي 2017-2018م. حيث تكوّن مجتمع الدّراسة من المرشدين التربويين في محافظة الخليل في مديريّاتها الأربع والبالغ عددهم )261( مرشداً ومرشدة موزّعين على مدارس المحافظة، وبلغت عيّنة الدّراسة 201 مرشداً ومرشدة، من مجتمع الدّراسة ، ووزّعت أدوات الدّراسة المكونة من مقياس التّوجهات القصديّة ومقياس الانفتاح نحو الخبرة على عينة الدّراسة. حللت النّتائج إحصائيّاً وكانت النّتائج على النحو التالي: وجود علاقة طرديّة موجبة دالّة إحصائيّاً بين التّوجهات القصديّة (الهدفيّة) بشكلٍ عام وأهداف أداء_ إقدام، كذلك أهداف أداء_ إحجام مع الانفتاح نحو الخبرة عند مستوى الدّلالة (α=0.05)، ووجود علاقة سلبية غير دالّة إحصائيّاً بين أهداف التّمكين والانفتاح نحو الخبرة، كما أظهرت النّتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسّطات درجات المرشدين التربويين في محافظة الخليل في توجهاتهم القصديّة (الهدفيّة) وفقاً لمتغير المديريّة والجنس في الدرجة الكلية وفي (أهداف التّمكين، وأهداف أداء-إقدام). في حين ظهرت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسّطات أهداف أداء-إحجام، وقد كانت الفروق لصالح مديرية شمال الخليل وللذّكور، كما توصلت الدّراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسّطات درجات هؤلاء المرشدين في توجهاتهم القصديّة (الهدفيّة) وفقاً لمتغير مكان العمل. أمّا بالنّسبة لسنوات الخبرة فقد توصلت الدّراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسّطات درجات المرشدين التربويين في توجهاتهم القصديّة وفقاً لمتغير سنوات في الدرجة وفي (أهداف التّمكين، وأهداف أداء-إقدام). ففي أهداف التّمكين كانت الفروق لصالح المرشدين التربويين أصحاب الخبرة (أكثر من 10 سنوات)، وفي أهداف أداء-إقدام كانت الفروق لصالح أصحاب الخبرة الأقل من (5 سنوات)، والأكثر من (10) سنوات، أما في الدرجة الكلية للتوجهات الهدفيّة فكانت الفروق لصالح المرشدين التربويين أصحاب الخبرة الأقل من (5) سنوات. في حين لم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مجال (أهداف أداء-إحجام). أمّا بالنسبة للانفتاح نحو الخبرة فقد توصلت الدّراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسّطات درجات المرشدين التربويين في محافظة الخليل في الانفتاح نحو الخبرة وفقاً لمتغير الجنس والمديرية وسنوات الخبرة. الكلمات المفتاحية: التّوجهات القصديّة، الانفتاح على الخبرة، المرشد التربوي.

Intentional Orientations and their Relation to Openness towards Experience among A Sample of Educational Counselors in Hebron Governorate Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the Intentional orientations and Their Relation to Openness Towards Experience Among a Sample of Educational Counselors in Hebron Governorate for the academic year 2017-2018. The study population consisted of the educational counselors in Hebron governorate in its four directorates, which numbered 261 teachers and supervisors distributed to distributors in the governorate schools. The sample of the study was (201) mentors and guides from the study society. The study tools were distributed according to the goal- Experience on available study sample. The results were analyzed and the results showed a positive correlation between the objective trends in general and the goals of the performance of the feet, as well as the objectives of the performance of the gap with the openness towards the experience at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05), and the existence of a negative relationship statistically significant at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) Empowerment and openness towards experience. The results showed no statistically significant differences between the average score of educational counselors in Hebron governorate in their objective orientations according to the directorate variable and gender in the total score and in the goals of empowerment and performance goals. The differences were found in favor of the Directorate of North Hebron and for males. The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences between the average score of educational counselors in Hebron in their objective orientation according to the variable of the workplace. As for the years of experience, the study found that there are statistically significant differences between the average score of educational counselors in Hebron in their target orientation according to the variable of years in class and in (empowerment goals and performance goals). In the goals of empowerment, the differences were in favor of experienced educational counselors (more than 10 years), and in performance goals, the differences were in favor of those with less than 5 years of experience and more than 10 years. Educational counselors with less than (5) years' experience. While there were no statistically significant differences in the field (performance goals - reluctance). As for openness to experience, the study found that there were no statistically significant differences between the average score of educational counselors in Hebron governorate in opening up to the experience according to the gender variable, the directorate and the years of experience.
