الرضا الوظيفي وعلاقته بممارسة المهارات الإرشادية لدى المرشدين في مدارس مدينة القدس

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسةُ إلى معرفةِ العلاقةِ الارتباطيةِ بين مستوى الرّضا الوظيفي وَمدى ممارسة المهاراتِ الإرشادية عند المرشدينَ في مدارس مدينة القدس، واستخدمت الباحثةُ المنهجَ الوصفي بشقيه التّحليلي والارتباطي، وأُجريت الدراسة بطريقة المسحِ الشّاملِ على جميعِ أفرادِ مجتمعِ الدراسة البالغِ عددهم مئة وسبعة (107) مرشداً ومرشدةً، هذا وطوّر مقياسين، هما: مقياسُ الرّضا الوظيفي، ومقياس المهارات الإرشادية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أظهرت النتائجُ وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة ودالّة إحصائياً بينَ الرضا الوظيفي بشكل عام من جهة وَبين ممارسةِ المرشدين التربويين للمهارات الإرشاديةِ من جهةٍ أخرى، إذ بلغَ معاملُ الارتباط للعلاقة بينهما (0.56) بمستوى دلالة (0.00). وتوصلت النتائجُ إلى أنَّ مستوى الرّضا الوظيفي لدى المرشدين التربويين في مدارسِ مدينةِ القدس كان متوسطاً، كذلك إنّ مدى ممارسة المرشدين التربويين في مدارس مدينة القدس للمهارات الإرشادية كان بدرجةِ متوسطةِ. كما أظهرت النتائج وجودَ فروقِ ذاتَ دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات مستوى الرّضا الوظيفي لدى المرشدين التربويين في مدارسِ مدينة القدس تبعاً لمتغير الجنسِ لصالحِ الذكور، وتبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح ماجستير فأعلى، ولمتغيّر تبعية المدرسةِ لصالحِ المدارس التّابعة للمعارف الإسرائيلية في مجالِ الرّواتب والحوافز، أمّا وفقَ مكان العمل فكان لصالحِ المدينة في مجال الوظيفة وأهميتها. كما ظهرت فروقٌ دالّة إحصائياً بين متوسطات مدى ممارسةِ المرشدين التربويين في مدارسِ مدينة القدس للمهارات الإرشادية في الدّرجة الكليّة تبعاً لمتغيّر المؤهل العلمي لصالح ماجستير فأعلى، ومكان العمل لصالح المدينة. وبينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات مستوى الرّضا الوظيفي لدى المرشدين التربويين في مدارس مدينة القدس تبعاً لمتغيرات سنوات الخبرة، وتبعية المدرسة، ومكان العمل، وَلم تظهر فروقٌ دالّة إحصائياً بين متوسطات مدى ممارسة المرشدين التربويين في مدارسِ مدينةِ القدس للمهارات الإرشادية تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة، وتبعية المدرسة، وَمكان العمل في مهارة المواجهة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة الحالية قدمت بعض التوصيات. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرّضا الوظيفي، المهارات الإرشادية، المرشد التّربوي.

Abstract The study aimed at finding out the correlation between the level of job satisfaction and the extent of the practice of counseling skills among counselors in the schools of Jerusalem. The study used the descriptive method, both analytical and associative. The study was conducted in a comprehensive survey of all (107) members of the study community. The following are the results of the study: The results showed a positive correlation between the job satisfaction in general and the practice of educational counselors on the other hand. The coefficient of correlation between them was (0.56) with significant (0.00). The results also show that the level of job satisfaction among the educational counselors in Jerusalem schools was moderate, and the extent of the educational counselors' skills in Jerusalem schools for the counseling skills was medium. There were statistically significant differences between the averages of the level of job satisfaction among the educational counselors in Jerusalem schools according to the gender variable in favor of males. According to the variable of the academic qualification for the benefit of the Master and above, and the variable of the school building for the benefit of the schools of Israeli knowledge in the field of salaries and incentives, and the place of work for the city in the field of the job and its importance. There were also statistically significant differences between the averages of the extent of the practice of the educational counselors in the Jerusalem city schools for the extension skills in the total score according to the variable of the academic qualification for the Masters and above, and the place of work for the city. There were also no statistically significant differences between the average level of job satisfaction of the educational counselors in the schools of Jerusalem according to the variables of the years of experience, school building and place of work. There were also no statistically significant differences between the averages of the extent of the practice of the educational counselors in Jerusalem city schools for the guidance skills according to the gender variables, the years of experience, the school building, and the place of work in confrontation skills.
