الاضطرابات النفسية والجسمية لدى عينة من المسنين المقيمين في المخيمات الفلسطينية في محافظتي الخليل وبيت لحم

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى الاضطرابات الجسمية والنفسية لدى عينة من المسنيَن المقيَمين في المخيمات الفلسطينية في محافظتي الخليل وبيت لحم، ومعرفة الفروق في درجة الاضطرابات الجسمية والنفسية لدى المسنين في المخيمات الفلسطينية في محافظتي الخليل وبيت لحم، وفقاً لمتغيرات الدراسة: (الجنس، ومكان السكن ، والعمر، والحالة الاجتماعية، والمستوى التعليمي). تكون مجتمع الدراسة من المسنين المقيمين في المخيمات الفلسطينية في محافظتي الخليل وبيت لحم (الفوار، العروب، الدهيشة، العزة، عايدة)، والبالغ عددهم (1428) مسن ومسنة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اختيرت عينة عشوائية، بلغ قوامها (300) مسن ومسنة، وطبق عليهم مقياس الاضطرابات الجسمية و النفسية، وذلك بعد التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة الاضطرابات الجسمية والنفسية لدى المسنين المقيمين في المخيمات الفلسطينية في محافظتي الخليل وبيت لحم كانت متوسطة، وتبين وجود فروق في متوسطات استجابات المسنين في المخيمات الفلسطينية، تعزى لمتغير الجنس ومكان السكن والعمر والحالة الاجتماعية على مقياس الاضطرابات الجسمية، وكانت الفروق لصالح المسنات في مخيم الفوار والعزة وذوي العمر أكثر من 90 سنة والأرامل، بينما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في متوسطات استجابات المسنين في المخيمات الفلسطينية ، تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي على مقياس الاضطرابات الجسمية. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في متوسطات استجابات المسنين تعزى لمتغير الجنس، مكان السكن على مقياس الاضطرابات النفسية، وكانت الفروق لصالح الإناث والمسنين في مخيم الفوار، بينما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في متوسطات استجابات المسنين تعزى لمتغير العمر، الحالة الاجتماعية، المستوى التعليمي على مقياس الاضطرابات النفسية. ومن خلال النتائج السابقة توصي الباحثة بزيادة وعي المسنين حول الاضطرابات الجسمية والنفسية التي يمكن أن يصابوا بها بسبب تقدم العمر من خلال ورشات تثقيفية تعقد بشكل دور في مراكز المخيمات، وضرورة الانتباه إلى نظام التغذية الذي يساعد المسنين في التغلب على المشكلات الصحية التي تظهر مع تقدم العمر. كلمات مفتاحية: الاضطرابات الجسمية، الاضطرابات النفسية، المسنين، المخيمات الفلسطينية.

Abstract The present study aimed to identify the physical and psychological disorders of a sample of elderly residents in the Palestinian camps in the Hebron and Bethlehem governorates, and to know the differences in the degree of physical and psychological disorders in the elderly in the Palestinian camps in the Hebron and Bethlehem governorates, according to the study variables: Age, marital status and educational level). The study population consisted of elderly people living in the Palestinian camps in Hebron and Bethlehem governorates (Al-Fawwar, Al-Oroub, Dheisheh, Al-Izzah and Aida). The total number of the study was (1428) elderly and elderly women. They have to measure physical and psychological disorders, after verifying their honesty and stability. Use the descriptive method. The results showed that the degree of physical and psychological disorders among the elderly residents in the Palestinian camps (Al-Fawar, Al-Oroub, Al-Dheisheh, Al-Izzah and Aida) in the Hebron and Bethlehem governorates was moderate. On the scale of physical disorders, the differences in favor of elderly women in Al-Fawwar and Al-Izzah camp and those with more than 90 years of age and widows, while the results showed no differences in the average responses of the elderly in the Palestinian camps, due to the educational level variable on the compulsory scale Physical pat. The results showed that there were differences in the averages of the elderly responses due to the sex variable, the place of residence on the scale of mental disorders, and the differences were favored for females and the elderly in Al-Fawwar camp, while the results showed no differences in the averages of the elderly responses due to the age, social status and educational level on the scale of the disorders. Based on the above results, the researcher recommends raising the awareness of the elderly about the physical and psychological disorders that they can suffer due to age through educational workshops held in the role of camps, and the need to pay attention to the diet that helps the elderly to overcome the health problems that appear with age.
