الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين – القيادة العامة (1968-1987)

Abstract

الملخّص :

تناولت الدراسة الجبهة الشّعبية لتحرير فلسطين_القيادة العامة منذ نشأتهاعام 1968 حتّى اندلاع الانتفاضة الفلسطينية الأولى عام 1987، ففي ظلّ هذه الفترة تطورت الرّؤية العسكريّةُ والسياسيّةُ لإنهاء الصّراع بين العرب وإسرائيل بطرقٍ حربيةٍ ظهرت في حرب حزيران 1967، وحرب أكتوبر 1973 ، كما كانت مَلأى بالتسويات السياسيّةِ للقضيّة الفلسطينية حيثُ تُعتبر هذه الفترة غنيّةً بالأحداث السياسيّة والعسكريّة وتطور أساليب الكفاح والنضال الفلسطينيّ . كما تحدثتالدراسةعن الجبهة الشّعبية_القيادة العامة من حيثُ نشأتهاوأيديوليجياتهاوتحالفاتها وإنفصالاتها حتّى وصولها إلى مستقرّ بتاريخ 10/10/1968، مروراًبعلاقتها بمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية، ودورات المجلس الوطنيّ الفلسطينيّ حتّى عام 1987 ، كما تطرقت الدراسة للعملياتِ العسكريةَ للقيادة العامة حيث امتازت بالعديد من العمليّات الفريدة والنوعية وما نتج عنها من عمليات ضخمة لتبادل الأسرى . وأبرزت الدراسة أيضاً موقف القيادة العامة من التسويات السياسيّة للقضيّة الفلسطينية، وموقفها منها ابتداء من مشروع روجرز 1969، وانتهاء بمشروع الاعتراف المتبادل بين منظّمة التحرير الفلسطينية وإسرائيل الذي بدأ يظهر في ثمانينيات القرن المنصرم ، وأرخت دورها في الحروب التي حدثت بين إسرائيل والدول العربية، وكذلك دورها بالصراع الداخلي بين منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية والأردن والحرب الأهلية اللبنانية .

This present study tackles the general leadership of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) since its establishment in 1968 until the eruption of the Palestinian first uprising (Intifada) in 1987. Throughout this period, the political and military vision was developed cease the conflict between the Arabs and Israel, which were manifested in different war methods that appeared in June 1967 War and October 1973 War. The period was also full of political compromises of the Palestinian case, and it was rich of political and military events that included the development of Palestinians’ methods of struggle. The study explored the PFLP’s general leadership in terms of its establishment, ideologies, coalitions, and separations until reaching a stabile stage in 10/10/1968, passing through PELP’s relationship with the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) and the sessions of the Palestinian National Council (PNC) until 1987. The study also touched on military operations of the general leadership that was distinguished by its several unique and qualitative operations which resulted in huge operations of exchanging prisoners. The study showed the general leadership’s stance from the political compromises of the Palestinian case, starting from Rojers Project in 1969, and ending by the mutual recognition project between the PLO and Israel that started to appear in the 1980s,and resulted in the wars that happened between Israel and the Arab countries. The study also discussed the general leadership’s role in the internal conflict between the PLO, Jordan, and the Lebanese civil war.
