تحليل بيئة الأعمال لصناعة الأدوية في فلسطين

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل بيئة الأعمال لصناعة الأدوية في فلسطين, وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من المدراء ورؤساء الأقسام في شركات صناعة الأدوية البشرية في الضفة الغربية وهي: شركة بيت جالا للأدوية, شركة بيرزيت للأدوية, شركة القدس للمستحضرات الطبية, شركة دار الشفاء لصناعة الأدوية, ولقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي, وقد استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة, حيث تم توزيعها على جميع أفراد المجتمع والبالغ عددهم 40 مبحوث, وقد استخدم برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية(SPSS) في تحليل وتفسير نتائج الدراسة. وقد أظهرت الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها أن الشركات تقع في الربع الأول حسب مصفوفة سوات (SWOT) وان الإستراتيجية الأنسب لها هي الهجوم حيث أن لديها نقاط قوة في بيئتها الداخلية من خلال حصول عوامل البيئة الداخلية على درجة كبيرة من الأهمية حيث جاءت حسب الأهمية, التسويق, المالية, الإنتاج والعمليات, البحث والتطوير, نظم المعلومات الإدارية, الهيكل التنظيمي, الإدارة, الثقافة التنظيمية, الموارد البشرية. وأن العوامل القانونية في البيئة الخارجية حصلت على درجة كبيرة جدا من الأهمية, في حين حصلت العوامل الأخرى المنافسين المحتملين, المنافسين الحالين, المنتجات البديلة, الاقتصاد, البيئة, السياسة, التكنولوجيا, قوة التفاوض للعملاء, على درجة أهمية كبيرة, في حين حصلت قوة التفاوض للموردين والعوامل الاجتماعية على درجة متوسطة من الأهمية. وخلصت الدراسة إلي مجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها أنه يجب على الشركات المحافظة على نقاط قوتها والعمل على وتنميتها, واستغلالها في كسب الفرص المتاحة, وتجنب التهديدات المتوقعة, كما انه يتوجب على كل من الحكومة ووزارتي الصحة والاقتصاد إعطاء هذا القطاع مزيد من الاهتمام والدعم.

Abstract This study aimed to analysis the business environment of pharmaceutical industry in Palestine. The population of study consisted of all managers and heads of departments in the human pharmaceutical industry companies in west bank: Beit jala pharmaceutical company, Jerusalem pharmaceutical company, Birzit pharmaceutical company, Dar al-shifs for pharmaceutical industry company. The researcher used descriptive analytical methodology and the questionnaire used as tool of study, where he distributed for all population members totaling (40) researched. Statistical Package of Social Sciences(SPSS) was used in analysis and interpreting the result of study. The study concluded to several results. The most importance is that the companies located in first quarter according to matrix of SWOT and the best strategy is offensive, because the companies owns strengths in its internal environment through get the factors of internal environment on large degree of importance: marketing, finance, production and operation, research and development, management information system, organizational structure, organizational culture, human resource. and the legal factor in external environment got a very large degree of importance, while the other factors potential competitors, existing competitors, substitutes product, economy, the environment, politics, technology, bargaining power of customer, the degree of great importance. The bargaining power of suppliers and social factor got medium degree of importance.

The study concluded to several recommendations the most importance is that the companies must preserve its strengths and work to develop. And the government with ministry of healthy and ministry of economy must give this sector more attention and supports.
