مدى إمكانية تطبيق منهج ستة سيجما(Six Sigma) في شركات تصنيع المواد الغذائية الكبرى في الضفة الغربية

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى إمكانية تطبيق منهج ستة سيجما(Six Sigma) في شركات تصنيع المواد الغذائية الكبرى في الضفة الغربية حيث ركزت الدراسة من خلال خمسة محاور على معرفة مدى توافر مقومات تطبيق منهج ستة سيجما في هذه الشركات وهي (دعم والتزام الإدارة العليا ، التحسين المستمر، توفر الموارد البشرية اللازمة ،العمليات ونظم المعلومات ،التغذية العكسية والقياس)، كذلك هدفت الدراسةإلى التعرف على معوقات تطبيق منهج ستة سيجما. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع شركات تصنيع المواد الغذائية الكبرى في الضفة الغربية ، حيث بلغ عددها تسع شركات.ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال الاعتماد على التحليل الكمي والنوعي، وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على أداتين لجمع بيانات الدراسة; الاستبانة والمقابلات. فقد قامت الباحثة بتصميم استبانة بالاعتماد على الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة، وقد تم توزيع الاستبانة على جميع الموظفين الإداريين في هذه الشركات، من مستويات الإدارة العليا والوسطى والتنفيذية، بما فيهم موظفي دوائر الجودة وموظفي التصنيع الغذائي والبالغ عددهم (181) موظفا، حيث استخدمت أسلوب المسح الشامل، وتم استرداد (170) استبانة صالحة للتحليل، أي بنسبة استرداد قدرها( 94%) ، وتم ادخال هذه البيانات إلى برنامج SPSS ومعالجتها للخروج بالنتائج. وأجرت الباحثة مقابلات مع (7) مديرين من مديري دوائر الجودة والإنتاج في الشركات (محل الدراسة وقامت بتحليلها يدويا). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن درجة إمكانية تطبيق منهج ستة سيجما في شركات تصنيع المواد الغذائية الكبرى في الضفة الغربية مرتفعة جدا; وذلك من خلال توفر أهم معايير منهج ستة سيجما . وتبين بأن درجة المعوقات المتوقعة لتطبيق منهج ستة سيجما منخفضة، وأن أهم المعوقات المتوقعة لتطبيق منهج ستة سيجما تتمثل بمقاومة العاملين لعمليات التغيير في هذه الشركات. وقد قدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات، كان أبرزها ضرورة تبني شركات تصنيع المواد الغذائية تطبيق منهج ستة سيجما، لما له من أهمية للنهوض بجودة المنتجات الوطنية المنافسة على الصعيدين المحلي والدولي، و ضرورة الاهتمام بمفهوم منهج Six Sigma، والتأكيد على إمكانية تطبيقه في شركاتنا الفلسطينية، لما له من أهمية في تحسين جودة العمليات، وذلك من خلال الوصول إلى عيوب صفرية، وتحسين جودة المنتجات الوطنية المصنعة التي تتناسب مع توقعات الزبائن.

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the extent of application of Six Sigma Methodology in Major Food Stuff Manufacturing companies in West Bank. This study focuses on five basic elements to determine the availability of Six Sigma application requirements (Top Management commitment and support, continuous improvement, proper human resources team, processes and information systems, feedback and measurement tools). Also, the study aimed identify the obstacles of applying Six Sigma Methodology. The study targetedNine largest Food Manufacturing Companies in West Bank. To achieve its objects, the study adopts the descriptive and analytical approach using both the quantitative and qualitative analysis. Two instruments are used to collect the data; questionnaires and interviews. The researcher has developed questionnaire based on literature review and previous studies, by using comprehensive survey. (181) copies were distributed to all high, middle and executive management levels of employees including quality department employees. The number of obtained questionnaires is (170), which presents approximately (94%) of the research target factories. Data were analysed using SPSS statistical software. In addition, the researcher conducted (7) interviews with production and quality managers of the companies involved in the study. Depending on the previous analytical methods, this research concludes the following: 1- The possibility of applying the Six Sigma Methodology at the targeted food manufacturing companies is extremely high; due to the availability of most of the application requirements. 2- The major Six Sigma Methodology obstacles are low, however, employees' resistance to change is the biggest obstacle. The study has several recommendations including the need for adapting the Six Sigma Methodology by food manufacturing companies; since it improves the quality of PalestinianCompanies products that are marketed at domestic and international levels. Second, the need to emphasize that this methodology improves and controls quality processes by reaching a-zero defects products, which commits with customer expectations.
