أثر الأمن المعلوماتي على أداء شركات التأمين العاملة في فلسطين

Abstract

الملخص إعداد: هناء يوسف جعبري بإشراف: الدكتور ناصر جرادات أثر الأمن المعلوماتي على أداء شركات التأمين العاملة في فلسطين هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد واقع تطبيق الأمن المعلوماتي وتأثيره على أداء شركات التأمين العاملة في فلسطين وفقاً لأبعاد بطاقة قياس الأداء المتوازن (الأداء المالي، وبعد العمليات الداخلية، وبعد خدمة الزبائن/ العملاء، وبعد خدمة الموظفين)، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من موظفي ومدراء شركات التأمين العاملة في فلسطين، والبالغ عددهم (1112) موظفاً ومديراً، ولأغراض هذه الدراسة تم استخدام طريقة العينة العشوائية مكونة من (157) فرداً، واستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته وطبيعة وأهداف الدراسة، واستخدمت كل من أداتي المقابلة الهاتفية والاستبانة لجمع البيانات اللازمة. تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الرزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود تطبيق للأمن المعلوماتي في شركات التأمين، ووجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية لتطبيق الأمن المعلوماتي على أداء شركات التأمين العاملة في فلسطين بأبعاده الأربعة (الأداء المالي، والعمليات الداخلية، وخدمة الزبائن/ العملاء، وخدمة الموظفين). وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بعدة توصيات، أهمها:ضرورة وجود خطةحمايةأمنية ( تكنولوجية وتقليدية)شاملةلكافة أفرع وأقسام الشركة في الشركات، وضرورة الاستثمار المستمر في أدوات أمن المعلومات، وحث الباحثين على إجراء دراسات مماثلة لشركات أخرى بهدف دراسة واقع تطبيق أمن المعلومات والعوامل المؤثرة عليه.

Abstract By: Hana YousefJabari Advisor: Dr. Nasser Jaradat The Impact of Information Security on the Performance of Insurance Companies Operating in Palestine The study aimed at determining the reality of the application of information security and its impact on the performance of the insurance companies operating in Palestine according to the dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard (financial performance, after internal operations, customer service and serving the employees). The study of community contain (1112) employees and managers. For the purposes of this study, the random sampling method (157) was used. The analytical descriptive method was used for its suitability and the nature and objectives of the study. The telephone interview and questionnaire were used to collect the necessary data. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study reached a set of results, the most important of which:the application of information security in the insurance companies and the existence of a statistically significant impact on the application of information security on the performance of the insurance companies operating in Palestine in its four dimensions Internal processes, customer service, and staff service). In view of study results, the researchersuggested several recommendations:The necessary for a comprehensive security plan (technology and traditional) for all branches and sections of the company in companies, and continuous investment in information security tools, and urged researchers to conduct similar studies for other companies to study the reality of the application of information security and factors affecting it.
