المدارس الخاصة في محافظة الخليل المشكلات الإدارية وآفاق التطوير

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية المدارس الخاصة في محافظة الخليل : المشكلات الإِدارية وآفاق التطوير هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرّف على المشكلات الإِدارية التي تواجه المدارس الخاصة في محافظة الخليل، وإلى تطوير الحلول التي من شأنها المساهمة في حل هذه المشكلات، وهدفت أيضاً إلىالتعرف على الاختلاف في تحديد هذه المشكلات تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس، والمديرية، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، ونوع المدرسة، ومستوى المدرسة، والجهة المسؤولة عن المدرسة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وقد تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري ومديرات المدارس الخاصة في محافظة الخليل والبالغ عددهم (59) مديراً ومديرة، وتمّ استخدام الملاحظة والاستبانة في الدراسة، واعتماد أسلوب المسح الشامل من خلال توزيع (59) استبانة على مجتمع الدراسة، وتم تحليل الاستبانات باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أَن المدارس الخاصة في محافظة الخليل تواجه مشكلات إِدارية بدرجة متوسطة، وأن أكثر المشكلات التي تواجه المدارس الخاصة جاءت في مجال الإِدارة التعليمية المشرفة، يليها مجال المنهاج الدراسي، ويليها مجال المجتمع المحلي وأولياء الأمور، ويليها مجال مصادر التعلّم، ويليها مجال البناء والتجهيزات المدرسية، ويليها مجال إدارة شؤون المعلمين، وأخيرا مجال إدارة شؤون الطلبة. كما أظهرت الدراسة أن اختلاف نوع المدرسة يؤثر على المشكلات الإدارية المتعلقة بمجال إدارة شؤون المعلمين، والمجتمع المحلي وأولياء الأمور، والبناء والتجهيزات المدرسية، بينما أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود اختلاف في تحديد المشكلات الإداريةتبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس، والمديرية، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، ومستوى المدرسة، والجهة المسؤولة عن المدرسة.وقدّمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: اهتمام وزارة التربية والتعليم بالمدارس الخاصة وزيادة عدد زيارات المشرفين للمدرسة، وإعداد برامج لتلبية احتياجات المنهاج، وإثرائه، وتحسين طرق تنفيذه في ضوء الإمكانات المتاحة.

Abstract Private Schools in Hebron Governorate: Managerial Problems and Prospects of Development The study aimed to identify the managerial problems facing the private schools in Hebron governorate and to develop solutions that may contribute to solving these problems. In addition, this study aimed to identify the differences in identifying these problems according to the gender variables, the directorate, the scientific qualification, the years of experience, the type of school, the level of the school and the party in charge of the school. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used as well as the observation and questionnairewere used as the study tools. The questionnaire was distributed to the study population that consists of (59) principals of private schools in the governorate of Hebron,and analyzed using Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results showed that the private schools in Hebron governorate face moderate managerial problems. However, most of the problems were in the following aspects respectively, supervisory educational administration, curriculum, the local community and parents, learning resources, construction and school equipment, management of teacher affairs, and finally the management of student affairs. The study also showed that the variation of the type of school affects the managerial problems related to themanagement of teacher affairs, the local community and parentsand construction and school equipment.While there was no difference in the identification of managerial problemsaccording to the gender variables, the directorate, the scientific qualification, the years of experience, the level of the school and the party in charge of the school. The study suggested the following recommendations: increase the interest of the Ministry of education in private schools by increasing the number of supervisors’ visits to the private schools, setting up suitable programs to meet the need of the private schools, and enrich the private school’s curriculum and resources.
