dc.description.abstractملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مدى تأثير استخدام الويب 2.0 التفاعلي من خلال عامل شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي وعامل توجيه التفاعل, بالإضافة الى تأثير استخدام تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول في تحسين تجربة التسوق الالكتروني للمستهلك الفلسطيني. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من مستخدمي مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والهواتف المحمولة من طلاب جامعة الخليل. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهجي الوصفي التحليلي الكمي والنوعي, حيث تم جمع بيانات الدراسة من خلال المجموعة البؤرية والاستبانة, فقد قامت الباحثة بإجراء المجموعة البؤرية على مجموعة من سيدات الخليل مكونة من 10 سيدات من مستخدمي مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي و الهواتف المحمولة ( وقامت بتحليلها يدوياً). كما قامت الباحثة بتصميم الاستبانة بالاعتماد على الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة , وقد تم توزيع الاستبانات على طلبة جامعة الخليل المستخدمين لمختبرات الانترنت في الجامعة من خلال نماذج جوجل لتعبئة الاستبانة الكترونياً. و استخدمت الدراسة العينة العشوائية, حيث أن حجم العنية 340 استبانة, وتم استرداد 337 استبانة صالحة للتحليل أي بنسبة 99%, وتم إدخال هذه البيانات الى برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS)ومعالجتها للخروج بالنتائج. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : التأكيد على تأثير استخدام الويب 2.0 التفاعلي في تحسين تجربة التسوق الالكتروني للمستهلك الفلسطيني من خلال عامل توجيه التفاعل الذي يعتبر أكثر تأثيراً من عامل شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وخاصة من خلال مؤشر دعم العملاء, وكذلك تأثير استخدام تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول في تحسين تجربة التسوق الالكتروني للمستهلك الفلسطيني من خلال البساطة وسهولة الاستخدام ثم الطابع الشخصي. Abstract The study aimed to identify the effect of using interactive web 2.0 through the social networking factor and the interaction orientation factor, as well as the effect of using mobile applications on enhancing the online shopping experience of the Palestinian consumer. The study community was represented by Hebron University students who use social networking sites and mobile phones. To have the objectives of the study met, the quantitative and qualitative descriptive method was used; the study data were collected through the focus group and the questionnaire. The focus group was represented by 10 women from Hebron city who use social networking sites and mobile phones; the data were analyzed manually. The questionnaire was designed based on theoretical framework and previous studies, and was distributed to Hebron University students who use social networking sites and mobile phones at the university through Google Forms to fill the questionnaire electronically. The randomized sample was used, where the sample size was 340 questionnaire; 337 questionnaires were retrieved for analysis, representing 99%. The (SPSS) program was used and processed to obtain the results. The study showed a number of results, the most important of which were: The use of interactive Web 2.0 tools in enhancing the Palestinian consumer online shopping experience through the interaction orientation factor , which is more influential than the social networking factor, especially through the customer support index, and the effect of using mobile applications to enhance the Palestinian consumer online shopping experience through simplicity and usability then personalization.en_US
