تأثير تقلّبات أسعار الصّرف على التضخّم المحلّيّ الفلسطينيّ (الدولار الأمريكيّ مقابل الشّيكل) دراسة تطبيقية 1996-2016

Abstract

ملخّص الدراسة تطرقت إشكالية هذه الدراسة البحثية إلى توضيح تأثير تقلّبات أسعار الصّرف على معدلات التضخّم في الاقتصاد الفلسطينيّ (الدولار الأمريكي مقابل الشّيكل) خلال الفترة للسنوات من (1996 الى 2016)، من خلال البحث في وجود علاقة بين سعر الصّرف ومعدل التضخّم، وما نوع هذه العلاقة، باستخدام بيانات تمّ الحصول عليها من سلطة النقد الفلسطينيّة وجهاز الإحصاء المركزيّ الفلسطينيّ. جاء هذا العمل بناءً على الاساليب الكميّة الحديثة المستخدمة في الاقتصاد القياسيّ ابتداءً من اختبارات الاستقرارية (السكون) للسلاسل الزمنية؛ وذلك من خلال استخدام اختبار ديكي فوللر الموسع ADF، وللكشف عن وجود علاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة تمّ تطبيق اختبار جوهانسون للتكامل المشترك. توصلت نتائج الدراسة عند تطبيق اختبار جوهانسون للتكامل المشترك عن وجود علاقة وكانت هذه العلاقة عكسية بين سعر الصّرف ومعدل التضخّم في الاقتصاد الفلسطينيّ لفترة الدراسة (1996-2016).

Abstract

This research aims to study the effect of exchange rates fluctuation on inflation rates in the Palestinian economy (the US dollar versus the shekel) during the period of study (1996-2016). By looking at the relationship between the exchange rate and inflation rate. The raw data obtained from the Palestinian Monetary Authority and the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics.

To achieve the purpose of study the researcher uses a modern quantitative method used in econometrics, starting with the stability tests of time series through the use of the ADF test and to detect the relationship between the variables Johansen test was applied.

The study reaches for the following results, when applying the Johansen test, we finds there was a negative relationship between the exchange rate and the inflation rate in the Palestinian economy for the period 1996-2016.
