Abstract: This article (in Arabic) deals with the question of domicile in Palestine for various legal purposes, including resolving conflict of laws issues, judicial notifications, and domestic and foreign court jurisdictions. It deals with the subject matter in a comprehensive approach based on historical legislative review of the applicable legislation in Gaza and the West Bank throughout the 20th century. It applies comparative analysis by using Arab academic materials, court judgments, as well as legislative instruments, particularly in Egypt and Jordan.
