| Abstract: | استهدف البحث في التعرف على مستوى الخدمات الارشادية المقدمة لمزارعي الخضروات في البيوت المحمية والتعرف على مستوى استفادتهم من الخدمات الارشادية المقدمة لهم مع الكشف عن العلاقة بين مستوى الخدمات الارشادية وكل من المتغيرات المستقلة . حيث جمعت البيانات من خلال استمارة استبيان بالمقابلة الشخصية. وتكونت الاستمارة من جزئيين الاول تضمن اسئلة لقياس المتغيرات الشخصية بينما الجزء الثاني تكون من 10 فقرات لقياس الخدمات الارشادية المقدمة لمزارعي الخضروات داخل البيوت المحمية و من 10 فقرات لقياس مستوى استفادة مزارعين الخضروات من الخدمات الارشادية المقدمة لهم.تكونت عينة الدراسة من عدد من مزارعي جنوب الضفة الغربية (الخليل، بيت لحم)، حيث كان اهم الاستنتاجات التي حصل عليها الباحثين وهو عدم رضى المزارعين عن الخدمات المقدمة لهم والمتعلقة بتوزيع الملصقات الجدرانية وعرض الافلام الارشادية المتعلقة بإنتاج الخضروات . وخلص البحث الى وجود ضعف في مستوى الخدمات الارشادية المقدمة الى مزارعي الخضروات فضلا عن ضعف في استفادة المزارعين من تلك الخدمات الارشادية و تضمن البحث عدد من الاستنتاجات و التوصيات التي تهدف الى ضرورة مراجعة وسائل الارشاد الزراعي المستخدمة والاهتمام بالاستشارات الزراعية كأهم الوسائل الارشادية واكثرها فائدة لدى المزارعين مع امكانية تطوير برامج الارشاد اتجاه فئة المستأجرين كونها الفئة الاكثر اهتماما بالإرشاد لما يمثله من فائدة لها لتطوير انتاجها من الخضروات. |
| Description: | This research tries to discover the level of agricultural extension services that presented to the vegetable farmers in protected houses; it also tests the level of the benefits from these services with the check of the relation between the level of extension services and all the independent variables. The data collected through a survey from personal interviews. The survey was two parts, the first includes questions to check personal variable while the second includes 10 questions to test the extension services presented to vegetable farmers and other 10 questions to test the level of benefits from these services. The sample was farmers in southern West Bank – Palestine (Hebron and Bethlehem). The main findings were that the farmers disappointed by the introduced services and related to the wall posters and the extension films. The research concludes that there is a weakness in the level of the presented extension services. In addition, the level of benefits for farmers from these services is limited. The researches have recommended the importance of review the tools that used for agricultural extension services. In addition, to use the agricultural consultancy as an important tool in vegetable extension service. |
