Blended Learning in Tertiary ELT: A Survey of Students & Instructors' Attitudes at Hebron University-Palestine attempts to explore perceptions and attitudes of English major students & English instructors towards the Blended Learning Approach (BLA) in EFL context. It aims to present precise account of the theoretical foundations and principles of BLA in ELT particularly at tertiary level, and offers an analysis model of attitudes towards this system which combines online learning experiences and in person face-to-face classroom traditional practices. BL is currently gaining developing momentum in education and in English language teaching as technology infusion in teaching/learning has become a necessity in a world of globalization and multi-media. This study has one readership in mind: the applied linguists who are concerned with studying how beneficial and challenging varied instructional strategies can be employed for better English language learning and teaching.en_US
