درجة تطبيق إستراتيجيات التفاوض وعلاقتها بالمرونة الذّهنية لدى مديري المدارس الثانويّة في محافظة الخليل

Abstract

درجةتطبيقإستراتيجياتالتفاوضوعلاقتهابالمرونةالذّهنيةلدىمديريالمدارسالثانويةفيمحافظةالخليل أعداد: مريم جهادالجعبري المشرف: د. محمد عبد الفتاح عجوة الملخّص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيقاستراتيجياتالتفاوضوعلاقتهابالمرونةالذّهنيةلدىمديريالمدارسالثانويةفيمحافظةالخليل، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمتِ الباحثة المنهجَ الوصفيّ الارتباطيّ،تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري ومديرات المدارس الثانوية في مديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة الخليل من العام 2023م، وقد بلغ عددهم (144) مديرًا ومديرةً خلال الفصل الدراسيّ الثاني للعام 2022-2023م، وبلغ عدد أفراد العينة (140) مديرًا ومديرة، أي بنسبة (97.2%) من مجتمع الدراسة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمتِ الباحثة مقياسين: أحدهما لقياس درجة تطبيق إستراتيجيات التفاوض، والمقياس الثاني للمرونة الذّهنية. أظهرتِ النتائج أنّ درجةتطبيقإستراتيجياتالتفاوضلدىمديريالمدارسالثانويةفيمحافظةالخليلجاءتبدرجةمرتفعة،بمتوسّط حسابيّ (4.06) وانحراف معياريّ (0.47)، وأظهرتِ النتائج أنّ درجة المرونةالذّهنيةلدىمديريالمدارسالثانويةفيمحافظةالخليل جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، بمتوسّط حسابيّ (3.96) وانحراف معياريّ (0.48). وأشارتِ النتائج إلى أنه لا توجد فروقفي متوسّطات تطبيقإستراتيجياتالتفاوضلدىمديريالمدارسالثانويةفيمحافظةالخليلتُعزى إلى مُتغير (الجنس،المديرية، المؤهل العلميّ، سنوات الخبرة)،كما أشارتِ النتائج إلى أنه لا توجد فروق في متوسّطات المرونةالذّهنيةلدىمديريالمدارسالثانويةفيمحافظةالخليلتُعزى إلى مُتغير الجنس، والمؤهل العلميّ، بينما توجد فروق في متوسّطات المرونةالذّهنيةلدىمديريالمدارسالثانويةفيمحافظةالخليل تُعزى إلى مُتغير المديرية، لصالح مديرية تربية وتعليم شمال الخليل ومديرية تربية وتعليم يطّا، كما تبين وجود فروق حسب مُتغير سنوات الخبرة فجاءت لصالح ذوي الخبرة أكثر من (10) سنوات.ووجود علاقةٍ ارتباطيةٍ موجبةٍ بين تطبيقإستراتيجياتالتفاوضوالمرونةالذّهنيةلدىمديريالمدارسالثانويةفيمحافظةالخليل. الكلمات المفتاحية: إستراتيجياتالتفاوض،المرونةالذّهنية، المدارس الثّانويّة، محافظة الخليل.

The Degree of Applying Negotiation Strategies and their Relation to Cognitive Flexibility among High School Principals in Hebron Governorate Prepared by: Maryam Al Jabari Supervisor: Dr. Muhammad Ajwh Abstract: This study was aimed at identifying the degree of application of negotiation strategies and its relationship to the intellectual flexibility of high school principals in Hebron governorate. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used a descriptive methodology. The school community of all high school principals and principals in the directorates of education in Hebron governorate in 2023. (144) managers and managers during the second semester of 2022-2023, and the number of sample personnel reached (140) managers and managers, 97.2% of the study community, and to achieve the study's objectives the researcher used two measures: One is to measure the degree of application of negotiation strategies, and the second is psychological flexibility. The results showed that the degree of application of the negotiating strategies of high school principals in Hebron governorate was high, with a computational average (4.06) and a standard deviation (0.47). The results showed that the level of mental flexibility of high school principals in Hebron governorate was high, with a computational average (3.96) and a standard deviation (0.48). The results indicated that there were no differences in the average application of the negotiating strategies of high school principals in Hebron governorate due to a variable (gender, directorate, scientific qualification, years of experience). The results also indicated that there were no differences in the mental resilience averages of high school principals in Hebron governorate attributable to gender variables and scientific qualification, while differences exist in the average mental resilience of high school principals in Hebron governorate attributable to the directorate's variable For the purpose of the Directorate of Education and Education of Northern Hebron and the Directorate of Education and Education of Tata, There have also been discrepancies according to the variable years of experience that have come to the benefit of more than 10 years' experience. There is a compelling correlation between the application of negotiation strategies and the mental flexibility of high school principals in Hebron.
