Abstract

درجة توافر الخصائص الريادية لدى طلبة كليات العلوم الإنسانية في جامعة الخليل إعداد: سماح ماهر سعيد عابدين إشراف: د. معن داود "عبد حسن" المناصرة الملخّص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة توافر الخصائص الريادية لدى طلبة كلّيات العلوم الإنسانية في جامعة الخليل، تكوّنَ مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة الكلّيات الإنسانية في جامعة الخليل، والبالغ عددهم (4471) طالبًا وطالبةً، تم اختيار عينة الطّبقية العشوائية بلغت (222) طالبًا وطالبةً، استخدمت الباحثة -في هذه الدراسة- الاستبانةَ احتوت على أبعاد هي (المخاطرة، الثقة بالنفس، الحاجة إلى الإنجاز، التحكّم الذاتيّ، الاستقلالية وتحمّل المسؤولية، التخطيط) والمقابلةَ لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة نهجتِ الباحثة المنهجَ الوصفيّ التحليليّ (الكمّيّ والكيفيّ). أظهرتِ النتائج أنّ درجة توافر الخصائص الريادية لدى طلبة كليات العلوم الإنسانية في جامعة الخليل جاءت مرتفعة، وكان أهمّ الخصائص الريادية لدى طلبة كلّيات العلوم الإنسانية في جامعة الخليل، هي المخاطرة، تلاها الثقة بالنفس، تلاها التخطيط، تلاها الاستقلالية وتحمّل المسؤولية، تلاها الحاجة إلى الإنجاز، وكان أقلّ الخصائص الريادية لدى طلبة كلّيات العلوم الإنسانية في جامعة الخليل هي التحكّم الذاتيّ، وكذلك أشارتِ الدراسة إلى أنّ الخصائصَ الرياديةَ التي تنمّيها كلّيات العلوم الإنسانية تمثلت في المساعدة على اتخاذ القرارات السليمة والإيجابية، وسهولة التعامل مع الغير، وتطوير الذات، والإبداع في الأفكار والمشاريع، وتقبل الآراء المختلفة، وحلّ المشكلات بطريقة سلسلة، والطاقة الايجابيّة التي تُعتبرُ أهمّ خاصية تخصّني، والقدرة على قيادة العمل بشكل مناسب لسوق العمل، وتشير النتائج إلى أنّه لا توجد فروق بين متوسّطات توافر الخصائص الريادية لدى طلبة كلّيات العلوم الإنسانية في جامعة الخليل على الدّرجة الكلية تُعزى إلى متغيّر الجنس، السنة الدراسيّة، مكان السّكن، المعدل التراكميّ، الكلّية. أظهرتِ النتائج أنّ البيئة التي يدرس فيها طلبة جامعة الخليل هي بيئة مشجّعة للخصائص الريادية من خلال طرح الطلبة أفكارهم وآراءَهم ورفع مستوى الذات والثقة بالنفس، وتجعلهم أشخاصًا ذوي قرارات واضحةِ ومقبولةٍ، وتجعل الطالب قادراً على معرفة الواقع وبيئة العمل بدقة وواقعية لحلّ المشاكل. وكذلك أظهرتِ النتائج أنّ الصّعوبات تمثلت في أنّ معظم الطلبة يتخرجون دفعةً واحدةً، ممّا يُعيقُ الحصول على وظائف، سواءٌ في الجامعات أوِ المؤسسّات الخاصّة والعامة، وظاهرة تنمّر الطلاب والاستهزاء بالآخرين يُفضي مما يؤدي إلى إحباط الطالب وفشله وطمس الافُكار ومشاريع الطالب التي من الممكن أن يَكونَ فعالةً في المجتمع، وعدم الثقة بالنفس، والاهتمام بآراء الآخرين دون النظر للذات. الكلمات المفتاحيَة: الخصائص الريادية، كلّيات العلوم الإنسانية، جامعة الخليل.

Abstracts: The study aimed to know the degree of availability of entrepreneurial characteristics and their relationship to some personal variables among the faculties of humanities at Hebron University. Students of the faculties of human sciences at Hebron University from the second semester of the year 2022-2023 AD, which amounted to (222) male and female students, In this study, the researcher used the questionnaire and the interview to collect data and information. Analytical (quantitative and qualitative( The results showed that the degree of availability of entrepreneurial characteristics among students of the faculties of humanities at Hebron University was high. The most important entrepreneurial characteristics among students of faculties of humanities at Hebron University was risk, followed by self-confidence, followed by planning, followed by independence and responsibility, followed by the need for achievement. The least entrepreneurial characteristic among the students of the faculties of human sciences at Hebron University was self-control. The results indicate that there are no differences between the averages of the availability of entrepreneurial characteristics among students of the faculties of human sciences at Hebron University on the total score due to the variable of sex, academic year, and place of residence. The results showed that the environment in which Hebron University students study is an encouraging environment for entrepreneurial characteristics, by providing students with the ability to present their ideas and opinions in their future projects, self-strengthening and self-confidence, and making them people with clear and acceptable decisions, and making the student able to know reality and the work environment accurately and realistically to solve problems . The difficulties were represented in the fact that most students graduate all at once, which makes it difficult to obtain jobs in universities or private and public institutions, and the phenomenon of student bullying and mockery of others, which leads to frustration and failure of the student and obliteration of the student’s ideas and projects that could be effective in society, and a lack of self-confidence And caring about the opinions of others without looking at yourself. The pioneering characteristics that the faculties of human sciences develop are represented by helping to make sound and positive decisions, ease of dealing with others, self-development, creativity in ideas and projects, making the student a leadership personality, accepting different opinions, solving problems in a smooth way, and positive energy that is considered the most important My characteristic is the ability to lead a business appropriate to the labor market
