اَلِانْدِمَاج فِي اَلْعَمَلِ لَدَى مُعَلِّمِي وِكَالَةِ اَلْغَوْثِ بِمَكْتَبِ اَلتَّعْلِيمِ فِي اَلْخَلِيلِ Work Integration among UNRWA Teachers at the Education Office in Hebron إعداد: ليلى عبد الناصر شوابكه إشراف: د.كمال مخامرة مُلخَّصُ الدِّراسَةِبالُّلغَةِ العَربِيَّةِ هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة الاندماج في العمل لدى معلمي وكالة الغوث بمكتب التعليم في الخليل، اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي وكالة الغوث في الخليل والبالغ عددهم (547) معلماً ومعلمة، بواقع (165) معلماً، و(382) معلمة، وتم تصميم أداة الدراسة على شكل استبيان، وتوزيعها على عينة مكونة من (109)معلماً ومعلمة، منهم (33) معلماً، و(76) معلمة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، وتم التوصل إلى أهم النتائج الآتية: أشارت النتائج إلى أن درجة الاندماج في العمل لدى معلمي وكالة الغوث بمكتب التعليم في الخليل كان بدرجة مرتفعة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.46) مع انحراف معياري (0.544)، واشارت النتائج إلى أنه لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند الدرجة (≤0.05) بين متوسطات إجابات عينة الدراسة حول الاندماج في العمل لدى معلمي وكالة الغوث بمكتب التعليم في الخليل تعزى إلىمتغيرالجنس، واشارت النتائج إلى أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند الدرجة (≤0.05) بين متوسطات إجابات عينة الدراسة حول الاندماج في العمل لدى معلمي وكالة الغوث بمكتب التعليم في الخليل تعزى إلىمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة). في ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم صياغة اهم التوصيات الآتية: ضرورة الاستمرار في توفير المناخ المناسب في المدارس لكي يستمر المعلم في الاندماج بعمله، وتصميم برامج تدريبية هادفة لتدريب المعلمين على طرق وأساليب تعليمية جديدة تضمن استمراره في اندماجه بالعمل. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاندماج، الاندماج في العمل، المعلمين، وكالة الغوث الملخص: The study aimed to identify the work integration of UNRWA teachers in the Education Office in Hebron. In order to achieve this, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon. The study population consisted of all the UNRWA teachers in Hebron, who numbered (547) male and female teachers. With (165) male and (382) female teachers. They work in UNRWA schools during the first semester of the academic year (2022-2023). The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) between the averages of the study sample's answers about integration into work among UNRWA teachers at the education office in Hebron, due to the gender variable. The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05)between the averages of the study sample's responses about integration into work among UNRWA teachers at the Education Office in Hebron, due to the variables (educational qualification and years of experience). In light of the results of the study, the following most important recommendations were formulated: The necessity of continuing to provide the appropriate climate in schools for the teacher to continue to integrate with his work.
