Abstract

الملخص نواهي النساء المتعلقة باللباس والزينة "دراسة موضوعية في ضوء السنة النبوية" تناول هذا البحث موضوع نواهي النساء في اللباس والزينة في السنة النبوية، وهو جانب مهم من جوانب الحياة الاجتماعية الذي يخص المرأة، فموضوع اللباس والزينة بالنسبة للمرأة أمر فطري جبلها الله عليه، وقد اهتم الإسلام بهذا الأمر اهتماماً كبيراً، وأباح لها ما لم يباح للرجل كالحرير، والذهب، وذلك لتلبية فطرتها، ولكن مع اهتمام المرأة بذلك فإنه لم يتركها بدون وضع القيود والضوابط، التي تحقق لها أنوثتها وتحفظها من شرور الخطر ومزالق الطريق. وقد جمعتُ في دراستي بعض الأحاديث النبوية الموجودة في كتب السنة والتي تُعنى بالموضوع، من مصادرها الأصلية، وعزوت الأحاديث النبوية إلى مظانها، من خلال الاعتماد على المنهجين الاستقرائي الناقص والتحليلي، واستخرجت أهم الأحكام والدلالات من الأحاديث. وتحدثت في هذه الدراسة بشكل مفصل عن نواهي المرأة في اللباس والزينة في عدة أحوال،وذكرت بعض أحكامها، ومعرفة حكم الشرع في كثير من مسائلها. وتوصلت إلى نتيجة مهمة وهي أن هناك من قواعد الإسلام وتوجيهاته، وآداب الشريعة الربانية في زينة المرأة المسلمة ما يكفل لها الجمال وفق شرع الله، وأن الإسلامحفظ حقوق المرأة وكرمها وأحاطها بعناية فائقة حظِيت بها، ولم تحظَ بها في دين من الأديان غيره، ورعاها، وصانها، وراعى احتياجاتها ورغباتها.

Abstract Prohibitions of Women’s Ornament and Dress "An objective study in the light of the Sunnah" This study discussed the prohibitions of women’s ornament and dress in the light of Sunnah, which is of great importance in women’s social life. Women’s ornament and dress in innate imposed by Allah, therefore Islam has greatly emphasized this issue. Compared to men, women in Islam are privileged in terms of wear; such as silk and gold to meet her innate needs, however, given this to women it will not go without limits and regulations, which preserve their famine and protect them from danger. This study, therefore, sought to collect Prophetic Hadiths from Sunnah book that deal with women’s ornament and dress, and from their original sources. To do so, I adopted incomplete induction and analytical methods. I then inducted the most important and evidences from the Hadiths. I thoroughly and in details tackled the prohibitions of women’s ornament and dress in different situations, mentioning their status and requirements, and what Sharia says in many of those. In this study, I came up with a significant result; the Islamic regulations and requirements and Sharia laws have preserved Muslim women ornament and dress guaranteeing their beauty in accordance to the laws of Allah. Islam has also preserved women’s rights and carefully protected them from corruption, in comparison to women in other religions. Islam has taken into consideration all women’s needs and desires.
