دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة والمسؤولية الاجتماعية في أداء إدارة الأحداث البنفسجية في محافظة الخليل

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة والمسؤولية الاجتماعية في أداء إدارة الأحداث البنفسجية في محافظة الخليل، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الكمي الوصفي،وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مجالس الإدارة ورؤساء الأقسام في 14 منظمة من المنظمات التي تقوم بتنظيم الأحداث المتنوعة في محافظة الخليل،واستخدمت الباحثة أسلوب العينة القصدية \ العينة الغرضية(Purposive Sample)، إذ قامت بتوزيع 147 أداة من أدوات الدراسة وهي الاستبانات الإلكترونية، وبلغ عدد الاستبانات المستردة 144 استبانة، وتدرجت الإجابة على فقرات الاستبانة وفقاً لمقياس ليكرت الخماسي من (1- 5)،وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) في استجابات المبحوثين حول دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة والمسؤولية الاجتماعية في أداء إدارة الأحداث البنفسجية في المنظمات في محافظة الخليل حسب متغيرنوع الحدث ومتغير الفئة المنظمة للحدث، وأن اتباع منهجية واضحة ضمن مجموعة من المعايير والمؤشرات يعمل على تحقيق أوسع لتطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية في محافظة الخليل،حيث حققت المنظمات نسبة مرتفعة ومرتفعة جداً في تحقيق أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية على التوالي (البعد الخيري، والبعد الأخلاقي، والبعد الاقتصادي، والبعد القانوني)، وأوصت الباحثة في دراستها تطوير وتدريب رأس مال بشري مختص للعمل في تنظيم الأحداث البنفسجية، وأن تقوم غرفة تجارة وصناعة محافظة الخليل بإقامة مشروع يسعىإلى تمكين مفهوم الاقتصاد البنفسجي، وأن تقوم البلديات، ووزارة الثقافة، والجهات المسؤولة، بدعم الرياديين الذين لديهممشاريع ريادية حديثة ومبتكرة، ومليئة بالأفكار، والإبداع، وأهمية إيجاد دراسات مستقبلية تستخدم معايير ومؤشرات إضافية لأدوات إدارة الجودة الشاملة وربطها مع أداء الأحداث البنفسجية، وكذلك دراسات تربط بين أنواع الاقتصاد المتعددة مع الاقتصاد البنفسجي. ملخص الدراسة باللغة الإنجليزية (Abstract) This study aimed to identify the role of total quality management (TQM) and social responsibility (SR) in violet events management Performance (VEMP) in Hebron, the study used a qualitative descriptive curriculum, the study community is a board of directors and heads of departments in 14 organizations that organize various events in Hebron, the researcher used Purposive Sample, the study tools were electronic questionnaires, 147 were distributed ,and the number of recovered questionnaires reached 144,the responses to the questionnaire paragraphs were included in accordance with five point Likert scale. The results concluded that there were no statistically significant differences at the indicative level. (α=0.05) in researchers responses on the role of total quality management (TQM), and social responsibility(SR) in violet event management performance (VEMP) in Hebron organizations depending on the variability of the event and the category of organizing it, and that a clear methodology within a set of benchmarks and indicators would promote a broader application of social responsibility in Hebron, organizations achieved a very high and high proportion in achieving social responsibility dimensions respectively (philanthropic dimension, ethical dimension, economic dimension, and legal dimension), and in her study the researcher recommended the development and training of competent human capital to work in violet events ,and Hebron Chamber establish a project that seeks to enable the concept of a violet economy, and municipalities, the Ministry of Culture and the responsible authorities support entrepreneurs with modern and innovative pilot projects, and the importance of future studies using additional standards and indicators for comprehensive quality management tools and linking them to violet events performance, as well as studies linking multiple types of economy with the violet economy.
