Abstract

ملخص الدراسة دافعية الإنجاز وعلاقتها بالنضج المهني لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية لدى الطلبة العرب في مدينة رهط إعداد الطالبة:ريم أبو حماد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى دافعية الإنجاز وعلاقتها بالنضج المهني لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية لدى الطلبة العرب في مدينة رهط وفقـاً للمتغيرات التاليـة: (الجنس، والعمر،الفرع الدراسي)، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة رهط في مدينة رهطخلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الجامعي 2021-2022. استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة الطبقية العشوائية من (400) طالبا وطالبة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قامت الباحثتان بتطوير استبانة وفقاً للإطار النظري، وقد جرى التحقق من صدقها خلال لجنـة مـن المختصين، كما تم التحقق من ثباتها بفحص الاتساق الداخلي لفقرات الأداة بحساب معامـل كرونباخ ألفا (cronbach alpha). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتيجة التالية: 1- مستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية العرب في مدينة رهط من وجهة نظر الطلبة كان كبيراً، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية لمستوى دافعية الإنجاز (3.92) ونسبة مئوية (78.4 %). 2- أن مستوى النضج المهني لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية العرب في مدينة رهط من وجهة نظر الطلبة كان متوسطاً، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية لمستوى النضج المهني (3.65) ونسبة مئوية (73.0 %). 3- وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة بين دافعية الإنجاز من جهة وبين النضج المهني لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية العرب في مدينة رهط من جهة أخرى، حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط للعلاقة بين دافعية وبين النضج المهني لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية العرب في مدينة رهط من وجهة نظر الطلبة (0.544) بدلالة إحصائية (0.000). 4- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس دافعية الإنجاز لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية العرب في مدينة رهط تعزى لمتغير الجنس، والصف. 5- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس دافعية الإنجاز لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية العرب في مدينة رهط تعزى لمتغير الفرع الدراسي، لصالح طلبة الفرع العلمي. 6- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس النضج المهني لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية العرب في مدينة رهط تعزى لمتغير الجنس، والصف. 7- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس النضج المهني لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية العرب في مدينة رهط تعزى لمتغير الفرع الدراسي، لصالح طلبة الفرع العلمي. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات من بينها: التوصيات الخاصة بدافعية الإنجاز: 1 وضع أدوات للمتابعة والتقويم في تحليل دافعية الإنجاز، ووضع نماذج ذات جودة عالية؛ تتضمن مؤشرات قابلة للقياس، للتّعرف على نقاط القوّة لدى طلاب المرحلة الثّانوية وتعزيزها، ونقاط الضّعف ومعالجتها. 2-ضرورة الاهتمام بتعزيز دافعية الإنجاز لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية وتوفير بيئة تعليميّة تتيح لهم حرية المشاركة والتعبير وتبادل الأفكار وتوفير فرص المسؤولية الذاتية، وتعزيز فرص الاستقلال والاعتماد على الذّات. 3-تدريب الطلبة على مهارات النّضج المهني، باستخدام برامج متخصّصة في الإرشاد الفردي والجمعي في مراحل الدراسة المختلفة. 4- تلبية حاجات الطلبة المعرفية المهنية في مراحل الدراسة المختلفة، بواسطة محاضرات وورش تدريبيّة بهدف رفع مستوى وعيهم المهني. الكلمات المفتاحية: دافعية الإنجاز، النضج المهني، المرحلة الثانوية، مدينة رهط

Abstract Achievement motivation and its relationship to professional maturity among secondary school students among Arab students in Rahat city Prepared by the student: Reem Abu Hammad This study aimed to identify the achievement motivation and its relationship to the professional maturity of secondary school students among Arab students in the city of Rahat according to the following variables: (gender, age, academic branch). The first semester of the academic year 2021-2022. The two researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, where the random stratified sample of the study consisted of (400) male and female students. Calculate the Cronbach alpha coefficient. The study reached the following conclusion: 1- The level of achievement motivation among Arab secondary school students in the city of Rahat from the students' point of view was great, as the arithmetic mean of the total score for the level of achievement motivation reached (3.92) and a percentage (78.4%). 2- The level of professional maturity among Arab secondary school students in the city of Rahat from the students' point of view was average, as the arithmetic mean of the total degree of professional maturity was (3.65) and a percentage of (73.0%). 3- There is a positive direct correlation between achievement motivation on the one hand and the professional maturity of Arab secondary school students in the city of Rahat on the other hand. 0.544) with a statistical significance (0.000). 4- There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample members on the achievement motivation scale among Arab secondary school students in the city of Rahat due to the variable of gender and grade. 5- There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample members on the achievement motivation scale among Arab secondary school students in the city of Rahat due to the academic field variable, in favor of the scientific branch students. 6- There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample members on the professional maturity scale among Arab secondary school students in Rahat city due to the variable of gender and grade. 7- 7- There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample members on the scale of professional maturity among Arab secondary school students in the city of Rahat due to the academic branch variable, in favor of the scientific branch students . In light of the study results, the study recommended a number of recommendations, including: Recommendations for achievement motivation: 1- Develop tools for follow-up and evaluation in analyzing achievement motivation, and developing high quality models; It includes measurable indicators, to identify and strengthen the strengths of secondary school students, and weaknesses and address them. 2- The necessity of paying attention to enhancing the achievement motivation of secondary school students and providing an educational environment that allows them to freedom of participation, expression and exchange of ideas, providing opportunities for self-responsibility, and enhancing opportunities for independence and self-reliance. 3- Increasing awareness programs in secondary schools to develop the level of achievement motivation among students there. Developing the skills of ways to provoke achievement motivation as it is a good predictor of the level of average achievement and academic achievement of students at the secondary stage in Rahat city.
